WiFi室内定位系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:传统的GPS等定位技术在室外已经能够实现米级的精确定位,但在室内环境下难以精确定位,随着WiFi技术的普及以及WiFi热点的覆盖率在近两年内的不断提升,人们对WiFi室内定位技术的研究也越来越深入,定位算法层出不穷,WiFi室内定位技术已经逐渐由研究向商业化转变。基于WiFi的各种应用软件开始如雨后春笋一般的出现,基于WiFi的位置服务也呈现快速发展的趋势。 本人完成的主要工作包括: (1)对基于WiFi位置特征匹配的室内定位技术进行了深入研究,分析了各种因素对WiFi信号的影响,发现了传统的基于WiFi位置特征匹配的室内定位技术的不足,并结合项目实现提出了完善基于WiFi位置特征匹配的室内定位算法提高定位精度的方法: 1)在特征库建立阶段加入过滤法,在数据采集完成后,通过统计每个采集点采集到的各个AP的次数来判断对应每个采集点的不够稳定的AP信号,然后将其排除,从而达到对数据进行过滤,排除特征库的建立过程中引入的数据误差,提高定位精度的目的。 2)在定位阶段加入后矫正法,通过手机自带的加速传感器和计时器计算定位目标从上一次正确定位到此次定位这段时间内所经过的位移,同时计算当前定位结果与上一次正确定位的结果间的距离,如果两个距离之差大于定位系统的定位误差,则认为此次定位结果错误,需重新进行定位以达到矫正的目的。 (2)设计与实现了一个基于Android系统的WiFi室内定位系统。包括: 1)系统的需求分析; 2)前期数据的采集和分析; 3)系统特征库的设计与实现; 4)定位功能的设计与实现。 本文设计与实现的系统能够非常方便的应用于一些大型的展览馆,商场,医院等室内环境下,为用户提供精确的定位服务,帮助用户节约寻找的时间。
[Abstract]:Traditional positioning technology such as GPS has been able to achieve precise positioning in meter level outside, but it is difficult to locate accurately in indoor environment. With the popularization of WiFi technology and the increasing coverage of WiFi hot spots in recent two years, The research of WiFi indoor location technology has been more and more in-depth, and the localization algorithms have gradually changed from research to commercialization. All kinds of applications based on WiFi have begun to sprout. Location services based on WiFi also show a trend of rapid development. The main tasks I have completed include:. In this paper, the indoor location technology based on WiFi position feature matching is deeply studied, and the influence of various factors on WiFi signal is analyzed. The shortcomings of traditional indoor location technology based on WiFi position feature matching are found. Based on the project implementation, a method to improve the positioning accuracy of indoor location algorithm based on WiFi location feature matching is put forward. 1) adding filter method in the stage of characteristic library establishment, after data acquisition is completed, the AP signal of each acquisition point is judged by counting the times of each AP collected at each acquisition point, and then the AP signal of each acquisition point is ruled out. In order to filter the data, eliminate the data errors introduced in the process of establishing the signature database, and improve the positioning accuracy. 2) after adding the correction method in the positioning stage, the displacement of the positioning target from the last correct positioning to this time is calculated through the acceleration sensor and the timer brought in by the mobile phone. At the same time, the distance between the current location result and the last correct location result is calculated. If the difference between the two distances is larger than the positioning error of the positioning system, then the result of this location is wrong, so it needs to be repositioned to achieve the purpose of correction. A WiFi indoor positioning system based on Android system is designed and implemented. 1) requirement analysis of the system; 2) data collection and analysis; 3) the design and implementation of the system signature library; 4) the design and implementation of positioning function. The system designed and implemented in this paper can be easily applied to some large exhibition halls, shopping malls, hospitals and other indoor environments, to provide users with accurate positioning services, to help users save time to find.
