基于ZigBee技术的无线社区远程医疗监护系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着微机电系统和信息技术的发展,医疗器械正趋向便携化、智能化、网络化,为远程医疗监护的研究提供了技术基础。目前国内监护系统医疗检测设备多为有线通信,存在布线困难、操作复杂、灵活性差、不利于扩展和维护等缺点,,而已有的无线监护系统也难以满足医疗对实时性和可靠性的要求,距离实际应用尚远。ZigBee以其低功耗、安全性好、组网灵活等优势广泛适用于监测、控制等领域。应用ZigBee无线通信技术,结合医用传感器,开发实用的无线智能医疗监护系统具有重要的现实意义。 针对以往医疗监护系统的缺陷,本文基于ZigBee技术研究了一套面向社区的远程医疗监护系统解决方案。系统具有操作简单、灵活可靠、实时性好等优点。 论文通过对系统需求进行分析,设计了系统方案,并详述了ZigBee网络体系及组网;在深入分析几种常见ZigBee路由算法的基础上,根据医疗监护网络的特点,从网络拥塞控制的角度出发,研究了一种适用于社区监护网络的ZigBee路由算法,该算法定义了链路状态指数,通过划分节点能量级别和设置可用缓存阈值,实现了节点能耗的均衡,同时避免了数据包的丢失,通过在MATLAB环境中对该算法进行仿真,验证了其网络性能的优越性;对系统进行了详细的硬件设计和软件设计,系统采用便携轻巧的生理传感器和CC2430无线单片机采集与发送患者的生理信息,通过网关实现了生理数据在ZigBee网络和Internet之间的传输,并利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW设计了人机界面;搭建了系统测试平台进行实验,实验结果验证了本系统的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of MEMS and information technology, medical devices are becoming portable, intelligent and networked. It provides a technical basis for the research of telemedicine monitoring. At present, the medical inspection equipment of domestic monitoring system is mostly wired communication, which has the disadvantages of difficult wiring, complex operation, poor flexibility, and so on, which is not conducive to expansion and maintenance, etc. The existing wireless monitoring system is also difficult to meet the real-time and reliability requirements of medical treatment. ZigBee is widely used in monitoring because of its advantages of low power consumption, good security, flexible networking and so on. Application of ZigBee wireless communication technology, combined with medical sensors, the development of a practical wireless intelligent medical monitoring system has important practical significance. Aiming at the defects of the medical monitoring system in the past, this paper studies a set of community oriented remote medical monitoring system based on ZigBee technology. The system has the advantages of simple operation, flexible and reliable operation, good real-time and so on. Based on the analysis of the system requirements, the system scheme is designed, and the ZigBee network architecture and network are described in detail, based on the in-depth analysis of several common ZigBee routing algorithms, according to the characteristics of the medical monitoring network, From the point of view of network congestion control, this paper studies a ZigBee routing algorithm suitable for community monitoring network. The algorithm defines link state index and sets the threshold of available buffer by dividing the energy level of nodes and setting the threshold of available buffer. The equalization of node energy consumption and the avoidance of packet loss are realized. The superiority of the network performance is verified by simulating the algorithm in the MATLAB environment, and the detailed hardware and software design of the system is given. The system adopts portable and light physiological sensor and CC2430 wireless singlechip to collect and send the patient's physiological information, realizes the transmission of physiological data between ZigBee network and Internet through gateway, and designs the man-machine interface by using the virtual instrument LabVIEW. The system test platform is built and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the system.
