成都市TD-SCDMA网络资源利用率提高的设计与实现

【摘要】:TD-SCDMA系统作为我国独立提出的第三代移动通信标准,极大的提升了系统传输速率及系统容量。但是自中国移动全面铺开TD网络后,出现了大量TD网络用户倒流回GSM网络,且驻留在GSM网络的现象,不仅增加GSM网络的负担,还浪费TD的网络资源,严重影响了TD和GSM用户的感知。因此,如何高效的利用TD-SCDMA网络资源,平滑转移GSM网络负担成为亟待解决的问题。本文聚焦成都市TD-SCDMA系统,针对成都市TD网络资源利用率较低而GSM网络利用率居高不下的情况进行研究,以码资源利用率作为TD网络资源利用率的评估,详细分析了影响成都市TD码资源利用率的要因,分别从工程优化和规划算法两个角度对成都市TD-SCDMA网络资源利用率设计与实现展开研究工作。第一章首先阐述TD-SCDMA系统的特点与瓶颈,引出网络资源利用率的概念并给出其评估方案,并对成都市TD网络资源利用率现状进行了分析。分析影响TD网络资源利用率的各类因素及其解决思路从而引出研究内容,最后介绍论文的逻辑结构。第二章介绍TD-SCDMA系统码资源利用率的统计算法,详细首先分析了3GPPR6协议的帧结构,从理论角度研究了各类业务占用的码资源情况,并给出TD-SCDMA系统码资源利用率的理论及现网统计方法,为后续成都市TD-SCDMA网络资源利用率设计与实现研究提供了基础。第三章研究影响成都市TD-SCDMA系统码资源利用率的工程要因,从理论角度出发,给出了码资源利用率的8大影响因子。通过实地考察,OMC网管数据比对,路测数据分析等方式,研究了成都市TD网络环境下,8大影响因子对码资源利用率影响程度。研究结果表明,天线方向角不合理、天线下倾角不合理、切换参数设置不合理、小区超闲、邻区错配漏配是影响成都市TD-SCDMA系统码资源利用率的五大要因。通过理论规划、工程参数调测等方式,对这些因素逐一进行工程优化,优化后,成都市TD-SCDMA系统码资源利用率呈线性提升,优化效果显著。第四章研究成都市TD-SCDMA网络资源利用率的理论设计与提升方案。首先提出一种基于码资源利用率最大化的自适应载波规划算法,通过对各类业务的业务量进行预测与自更新,自适应配置各类业务载波数,最大化码资源利用率。结果表明,基于码资源利用率最大化的自适应载波规划算法能有效预测业务量,并给出未来短期内的载波规划最优配置,TD码资源利用率相比于以往人工配置载波时有较大提升。其次提出一种自动邻区添加算法,通过切换测量中检测到的其他小区信息进行评估,满足条件时对邻区列表进行自动添加和删除,本算法能有效的避免邻区错配漏配问题,仿真结果显示,TD码资源利用率相比于以往人工规划邻区时有较大提升。最后提出一种基于码资源利用率的负载均衡算法,针对GSM与TD间负载过大的情况,通过接入控制和业务转移算法,将码资源利用率较高的GSM/TD小区用户均衡至同覆盖的TD/GSM小区,最大化利用网络资源,提升TD码资源利用率。仿真表明,负载均衡后GSM码资源利用率大幅度减低,而TD码资源利用率有显著提升。第五章总结本论文所涉及的研究工作,并指出下一步的研究工作与方向。
[Abstract]:The third generation mobile communication standard TD-SCDMA system as our proposed, greatly enhance the transmission rate and system capacity of the system. But since the China Mobile TD network in full swing, the emergence of a large number of TD network users back into the GSM network, and the resident phenomenon in the GSM network, GSM network not only increased the burden of waste TD cyber source, seriously affect the user's perception of TD and GSM. Therefore, TD-SCDMA cyber source how to efficiently transfer GSM, smoothing the burden of the network has become an urgent problem. This paper focuses on the Chengdu TD-SCDMA, for the low rate of use of TD cyber source Chengdu city network using GSM high rate of case studies, in order to use the rate of resource utilization rate of the TD code as the assessment of cyber source, the influence of Chengdu city TD code resource utilization rate due to the detailed analysis of the two angles from the engineering optimization and planning algorithm Chengdu city of TD-SCDMA cyber source utilization rate of the design and implementation of the research work. The first chapter describes the characteristics and the bottleneck of TD-SCDMA, leads to cyber source utilization concept and gives the evaluation scheme, and the TD cyber source utilization status in Chengdu city was analyzed. Analysis of various factors affecting the utilization of TD and cyber source solution which leads to the research content, the logical structure of the paper. The second chapter introduces the statistical algorithm utilization rate of source code with TD-SCDMA system, firstly analyzes the frame structure of the 3GPPR6 protocol, from the theory angle of code resources of all kinds of business occupation, and rate of theory and current network statistics is given by using TD-SCDMA system code resource, provide the basis for the design and implementation of the utilization rate of subsequent TD-SCDMA in Chengdu city. The third chapter studies the cyber source TD-SCDMA system in Chengdu City Engineering code resource utilization to be due, from a theoretical perspective, gives 8 factors influencing the utilization ratio of code resources. Through on-the-spot investigation, OMC network data, test data analysis, the study of Chengdu city TD network environment, the 8 major influencing factors to the influence degree of code resource utilization research. The results show that the antenna angle is not reasonable, the tilt angle of antenna is not reasonable, switching parameters set unreasonable, small super busy, neighbor mismatch with leakage is the impact of the Chengdu TD-SCDMA code resource utilization rate of five big. Through theoretical planning, engineering parameter test etc., for these factors one by one engineering optimization after optimization, the Chengdu TD-SCDMA code resource utilization rate is linear, the optimization effect is obvious. The fourth chapter of Chengdu city by using the theory of design TD-SCDMA cyber source and the rate of improvement plan. We propose a code based on resource utilization Adaptive carrier planning algorithm to maximize the rate of the volume of business of all kinds of business forecasting and self updating, adaptive allocation of various types of business carrier number, maximize the utilization of code resources. The results show that the adaptive carrier planning algorithms maximize the utilization of code resources can effectively forecast the traffic based on the carrier and gives the optimal allocation of future planning in the short term, TD code resource utilization compared to the previous manual configuration of carrier has greatly improved. Secondly, an automatic neighbor adding algorithm, other cell information by switching measurements detected in the evaluation, to meet the conditions of the neighbor list is automatically added and removed, the algorithm can effectively avoid the problem neighbor mismatch with leakage, the simulation results show that the use of TD code resource rate compared to the previous artificial planning area adjacent has greatly improved. Finally a utilization rate of code resources based on the negative Load balancing algorithm for GSM and TD load is too large, the transfer algorithm through access control and business, will be a higher rate of GSM/TD cell with TD/GSM user equilibrium to cover residential use of code resources, maximize the use of cyber source code, improve TD resource utilization. Simulation results show that the load balancing after GSM code resource utilization the rate is reduced greatly, and the TD code resource utilization rate is significantly improved. The fifth chapter summarizes the research work mentioned in the paper, and points out the work and direction of further research.
