【摘要】:随着人们物质生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始注重精神生活,旅游成为人们放松心情的重要手段,旅游人数持续增加。但是,有些景区的交通、网络覆盖等城市基础性公共服务不尽人意,导游、餐饮等旅游窗口行业的服务无法满足广大游客的需求,,日益庞大的游客人数及其个性化、多样化需求与传统导游有限的服务提供能力已经成为制约旅游行业发展的主要矛盾。为了化解这一供需矛盾,迎合广大游客满足游客的各种需求,解决旅游业发展的瓶颈问题,提升景区影响力与行业营收,必须颠覆传统的导游概念,寻找一种全新的、适应时代发展的旅游服务模式。 随着电子地图、移动通信、手机定位、云计算等技术的不断发展和移动终端设备的不断革新,智能手机导游系统应运而生。智能手机导游系统的出现打破了海量游客众口难调的尴尬局面,满足了游客的个性化需求。游客在游览过程中,只需拿出手机,轻轻点击一下或扫一下,App就能根据该用户的具体需求给出推荐景点、特色餐饮、热门旅游资讯或者为游客量身定制游览攻略。因此,基于移动终端的App导游模式成为了旅游行业的发展新方向和行业内部市场竞争的新焦点。 本文在对电子地图、导航、电子导游以及云GIS进行综述的基础上,研究了智能手机导游系统中的关键技术,详细设计了智能手机导游系统的总体架构和各个功能模块,并以清明上河园为例进行了设计实现,开展的主要工作和成果包括: (1)详细阐述了论文研究的背景与意义,讨论了电子地图、导航、电子导游、云计算以及云GIS的研究进展,并对系统研究过程中应用的相关理论及其关键技术进行了研究。 (2)讨论了智能手机导游系统的类型以及每种类型的特点和功能。 (3)讨论了智能手机导游系统的建设任务、体系结构,详细的分析了智能手机导游系统的主要功能模块,并根据系统应用程序的特点和用户需求对系统数据库进行了详细的设计。 (4)通过云GIS、电子地图技术、智能移动终端、ArcGIS技术和相关WebGIS服务,实现游客在清明上河园的自助旅游,打破了传统导游的制约,在一定程度上解决了海量游客与传统导游有限的服务提供能力之间的矛盾。 论文通过对智能手机导游系统的现状类型、功能分析,在智能手机导游系统关键技术研究的基础上,根据用户需求及其系统实施的可行性,以清明上河园为例对系统进行设计和实现。系统测试结果表明,系统的总体架构设计、功能模块设计和数据库设计都比较合理,运行结果良好,方便了游客更精准、快速地实现自助旅游和更深入地了解和感受旅游资源的魅力。智能手机导游系统的应用与推广,以信息化带动旅游业现代化,能够促进旅游业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's material standard of living, more and more people begin to pay attention to their spiritual life. Tourism has become an important means for people to relax their mood, and the number of tourists continues to increase. However, traffic in some scenic spots, The basic public services in cities such as Internet coverage are unsatisfactory. The services of tour windows such as tour guides and restaurants cannot meet the needs of the vast number of tourists. The diversification demand and the limited service supply ability of the traditional tour guide have become the main contradiction that restricts the development of the tourism industry, in order to resolve the contradiction between the demand and supply, to meet the needs of the tourists, and to solve the bottleneck problem of the tourism development. In order to promote the influence of scenic spot and industry revenue, we must subvert the traditional concept of tour guide and find a new tourism service mode adapted to the development of the times. With the continuous development of electronic map, mobile communication, mobile phone positioning, cloud computing and other technologies and the continuous innovation of mobile terminal equipment, The smart phone tour guide system came into being. The emergence of the smartphone tour guide system broke the awkward situation of mass tourists and met the personal needs of tourists. During the tour, tourists only need to take out their mobile phones. A single click or a sweep of the app will give you the recommended attractions, specialty meals, popular travel information, or custom-made tour strategy for the user, depending on the user's specific needs. App guided tour mode based on mobile terminal has become a new direction of tourism industry and a new focus of market competition. On the basis of summarizing the electronic map, navigation, electronic guide and cloud GIS, this paper studies the key technology of the smart phone guide system, and designs the whole structure and each function module of the smart phone guide system in detail. Taking Pure Brightness Shanghe Garden as an example, the main work and achievements are as follows:. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are described in detail, and the research progress of electronic map, navigation, electronic guide, cloud computing and cloud GIS is discussed, and the relevant theories and key technologies used in the system research are also studied. The types of smart phone tour guide system and the features and functions of each type are discussed. This paper discusses the construction task and architecture of the smart phone guided tour system, analyzes the main function modules of the system in detail, and designs the database according to the characteristics of the system application program and the needs of the users. Through cloud GIS, electronic map technology, intelligent mobile terminal (ArcGIS) and related WebGIS services, tourists' self-help travel in Pure Brightness's Shanghe Garden is realized, which breaks the restriction of traditional tour guides. To some extent, the contradiction between mass tourists and traditional tour guides is solved. Based on the analysis of the current situation and function of the smart phone guided tour system, based on the research of the key technology of the smart phone tour guide system, according to the needs of the user and the feasibility of the system implementation, Taking Pure Brightness Shangheyuan as an example, the system is designed and implemented. The system test results show that the overall architecture design, functional module design and database design of the system are reasonable, the running results are good, and it is convenient for tourists to be more accurate. The application and promotion of smart phone guided tour system can promote the modernization of tourism industry with information technology and promote the healthy development of tourism industry.
