雷达干扰辅助决策研究

【摘要】:雷达干扰辅助决策系统运用数学、运筹学、管理科学、计算机技术、人工智能技术、网络技术等,能将快速、高效处理海量的战场信息数据,拟定干扰备选方案,为指挥员作战指挥提供参考。辅助决策系统具有知识全面、智能推理、快速反应等特点,在军事作战中有巨大的应用价值,尤其在看不见的战场----电子对抗领域更是如此。本文以野战防空作战为背景,对雷达干扰辅助决策系统组成、关键技术进行了研究,完成的主要工作为:1、介绍了脉冲压缩雷达、脉冲多普勒雷达和频率捷变雷达,三种先进雷达工作体制的技术特点、工作原理和主要用途。在此基础上,按照干扰性质的不同,分别给出了有效的干扰样式,阐述了各干扰样式的干扰原理、方法,以理论或仿真图的方式给出其干扰效果,并说明了相关干扰参数对干扰效果的影响。2、对雷达目标威胁排序进行了研究。针对现有空中目标威胁排序方法对支援作战飞机考虑的不足,研究了基于整体作战效能的威胁排序方法。建立了目标威胁排序的指标体系,分析了最小偏差模糊互补判断矩阵的指标权重求取方法,引入作战能力提高率矩阵Q,给出了支援作战的空中目标的威胁度。仿真结果表明,该排序方法对支援作战的空中目标的威胁评估更加准确,更加符合防空作战实际。3、对干扰效果评估进行了研究。介绍了干扰效果评估几种常用评估准则的利弊,研究了基于效用准则的干扰效果评估方法,从被干扰雷达工作能力出发,选取效果评估指标体系,引入决策理论中的效用函数,采取复数形式、取大算子,计算对目标雷达的干扰效果,较为准确的体现了实施干扰后目标雷达的工作能力的降低程度,即对干扰目的的满足程度。4、介绍了干扰辅助决策系统的组成及各部分的主要功能、干扰辅助决策的一般步骤及各步骤的主要任务,主要讨论了干扰备选方案的形成要素,考虑敌我力量对比等战场态势对决策者定下决心的预先影响,主要研究不同决策原则下的干扰资源分配,建立了乐观、悲观、满意三种不同决策原则下的干扰资源分配原则和分配模型,运用遗传算法进行了仿真实验。结果表明,不同决策原则下的干扰备选方案,各有利弊,为指挥员决策提供了重要参考。
[Abstract]:Using mathematics, operational research, management science, computer technology, artificial intelligence technology, network technology and so on, radar jamming assistant decision system can process massive battlefield information data quickly and efficiently, and draw up jamming alternatives. The auxiliary decision system has the characteristics of comprehensive knowledge, intelligent reasoning, quick reaction and so on. It has great application value in military operations. Especially in the field of invisible battlefield-electronic countermeasure. In this paper, the key technology of radar jamming assistant decision system is studied in the background of field air defense operations. The main work accomplished is: 1, the pulse compression radar is introduced. The technical characteristics, working principle and main applications of three advanced radar working systems, pulse Doppler radar and frequency agile radar, are presented. Based on these, the effective jamming patterns are given according to the different jamming properties. The interference principle and method of each interference pattern are expounded, and the interference effect is given by theory or simulation diagram. The influence of the relative jamming parameters on the jamming effect is also explained. Secondly, the radar target threat ranking is studied. In view of the deficiency of the existing air target threat ranking methods for the supporting combat aircraft, The threat ranking method based on global operational effectiveness is studied, the target threat ranking index system is established, and the index weight calculation method of the minimum deviation fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is analyzed. The threat degree of air targets supporting operations is given by introducing the combat capability improvement rate matrix Q. The simulation results show that the method is more accurate in evaluating the threat of air targets supporting operations. More in line with the actual air defense combat. 3, the jamming effect evaluation is studied. The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used evaluation criteria for jamming effect evaluation are introduced, and the jamming effect evaluation method based on utility criterion is studied, starting from the operational capability of the jammed radar. The effectiveness evaluation index system is selected, the utility function in decision theory is introduced, the complex number form and the large operator are adopted to calculate the jamming effect of the target radar, which accurately reflects the degree of reduction of the target radar's working ability after the jamming is carried out. That is, for the degree of satisfaction of interference purpose. 4, this paper introduces the composition and main functions of each part of the interference auxiliary decision system, the general steps and the main tasks of each step, and mainly discusses the forming elements of the interference alternative scheme. Considering the preemptive influence of the battlefield situation, such as the balance of forces between the enemy and the enemy, on the decision makers' determination, the paper mainly studies the interfering resource allocation under different decision-making principles, and builds up optimism and pessimism. It is satisfied with the interference resource allocation principle and allocation model under three different decision-making principles. The simulation experiment with genetic algorithm is carried out. The results show that the interference alternatives under different decision-making principles have their own advantages and disadvantages. It provides an important reference for the commander to make decision.
