结构功能一体化天线综合评价系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:结构功能一体化天线具有体积小、性能好、质量高等众多优点,在武器装备中有着重要的应用价值,因此对此类天线的研究具有重大的意义。然而该类天线的生产成本极高,为了节约成本,提高产品的生产效率,在正式投入生产之前,对天线已有理论成果的合理性进行评价是非常有必要的,为此本文开发了结构功能一体化天线的综合评价系统,实现了天线相关机理的正确性评价和天线样机质量评价的功能。在综合评价系统开发过程中,所取得的主要成果如下:1.综合评价方法研究。结合本文的研究对象,展开了机理正确性评价方法、一体化成型质量评价方法、权重计算方法的研究。通过对各方法的深入研究,以吻合度和品质度的概念为基础,建立了机理和质量评价模型,确定了层次分析法(AHP)和模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的权重计算方法。2.综合评价系统构架设计。以结构功能一体化天线为对象,以机理和质量评价为目的,依据软件先进性、扩展性、高效性和应用性的设计原则,构建综合评价系统框架。该综合评价系统包括:机理分析平台、数据库平台和综合评价平台。机理分析平台为评价系统提供输入参数,数据库平台存储评价系统各指标的实测值、理论值和中间计算值,以供评价平台调用。3.综合评价平台开发。在Visual Stdio 2010 C#开发平台上,开发结构功能一体化天线系统的综合评价软件,该软件具有机理正确性评价和一体化成型质量评价功能,每个功能模块由机理模型、体系模型、权重计算、输入数据和评价计算共五部分组成。在软件开发过程中涉及各功能模块的界面设计、后台编程、功能实现及数据库与软件的连接、数据库/表的创建、设计、部署等技术。综上所述,本文开发的综合评价系统,已用于结构功能一体化天线理论成果的评价,该评价软件将定性的评价认识转化为定量的评价结果,通过评价结果修正研究方法,使天线性能指标得到优化,为结构功能一体化天线进一步的研究打下基础。
[Abstract]:Structural and functional integrated antennas have many advantages, such as small size, good performance, high quality and so on. It has important application value in weapon equipment, so the research of this kind of antenna has great significance. However, the production cost of this kind of antenna is very high. In order to save the cost and improve the production efficiency, it is necessary to evaluate the rationality of the theoretical achievements of the antenna before it is formally put into production. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation system of the structure-functional integrated antenna is developed in this paper. The functions of the correctness evaluation of antenna correlation mechanism and the quality evaluation of antenna prototype are realized. In the process of development of comprehensive evaluation system, the main achievements are as follows: 1. Research on comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation method of mechanism correctness, the evaluation method of integrative forming quality and the method of weight calculation are studied. Based on the concept of coincidence degree and quality degree, the model of mechanism and quality evaluation is established. The weight calculation methods of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are determined. 2. The framework design of the comprehensive evaluation system. Taking the structure-function integrated antenna as the object, taking the mechanism and quality evaluation as the purpose, according to the advanced nature of the software, the expansibility of the system is discussed. The design principle of high efficiency and application, the framework of comprehensive evaluation system is constructed. The comprehensive evaluation system includes: mechanism analysis platform, database platform and comprehensive evaluation platform. The mechanism analysis platform provides input parameters for the evaluation system. The database platform stores the measured value, the theoretical value and the intermediate calculation value of each index of the evaluation system, so that the evaluation platform can be called .3.The development of the comprehensive evaluation platform is based on the Visual Stdio 2010 C # development platform. A comprehensive evaluation software for structure-functional integrated antenna system is developed. The software has the functions of mechanism correctness evaluation and integrated molding quality evaluation. Each function module is calculated by mechanism model, system model, weight calculation, etc. In the process of software development, it involves the interface design of each function module, background programming, function realization and the connection between database and software, the creation and design of database / table, To sum up, the comprehensive evaluation system developed in this paper has been used to evaluate the theoretical results of structure-functional integrated antenna. The evaluation software transforms the qualitative evaluation knowledge into quantitative evaluation results. By modifying the evaluation results, the antenna performance index is optimized, which lays a foundation for the further research of the structure-functional integrated antenna.
