小鼠视觉感受区电位与呼吸频率相关性研究

【摘要】:文中对小鼠视觉感受区电位信号与呼吸频率的相关性进行研究。首先基于小波包变换的方法对小鼠视觉感受区电位信号在δ波段的分量进行提取,并对小鼠呼吸曲线进行滤波。在此基础上,采用互功率谱分析方法研究了提取出的δ波段小鼠视觉感受区电位信号和滤波后的呼吸曲线间的相关性。研究结果表明,小鼠视觉感受区电位信号在δ波段的分量与滤波后的小鼠呼吸曲线在小鼠呼吸频率上具有很大的相关性。文中的研究方法也为大脑局部场电位信号的处理和分析提供了一种新的思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the correlation between the potential signal and respiratory frequency of mouse visual receptive region was studied. Firstly, the components of the potential signal in 未 band were extracted based on wavelet packet transform. On the basis of filtering the mouse respiratory curve, the correlation between the extracted 未 band mouse visual receptor potential signal and the filtered respiratory curve was studied by cross-power spectrum analysis. There is a great correlation between the 未 band component of mouse visual receptor potential signal and the filtered mouse respiratory curve in the mouse respiratory frequency. The research method in this paper is also the processing and analysis of the brain local field potential signal. A new way of thinking is provided.
