基于物联网的应急物流信息系统的构建与评价研究

【摘要】:2013年4月20日8点2分四川雅安市芦山县发生7.0级地震,震后3小时,7倍于玉树地震的救援力量被动员向芦山进发。经雅安地震检验,汶川地震后大幅重建的国家救灾体系,显示出了及时地响应能力和强大的动员能力,国家的应急救灾能力得到了巨大提升。由于受灾地点多在山区,常出现通讯电力中断、道路房屋损毁、受灾情况第一时间难以掌握等情况,开展应急救灾工作难度比较大。在整个救灾过程中,基于物联网的应急物流信息系统可以发挥很大的作用,如灾害发生后,对食品、水、药物和帐篷等物资的紧急统筹调运;对受灾情况的汇总报告;对应急车辆的优化调度;对前进道路路径的最优规划等。这些应急物流工作在灾后快速高效地开展,为减轻灾情、救助灾民和灾后重建等一系列工作起到很好地保障作用。 在这样的背景下,本文主要探讨了如何构建基于物联网的应急物流信息系统,并对信息系统进行了总体评价研究。文中按照基于物联网的应急物流信息系统的规划、分析、构建、实施保障和评价等方面对信息系统进行了逐一论述。 首先,本文总结了前人的研究成果,对以前的科研论文进行了梳理和综述。在当前研究现状的基础上,对基于物联网的应急物流信息系统进行了总体规划;提出了信息系统的建设目标,并从技术、经济、社会三方面对系统可行性和必要性进行了分析。同时,对现行信息系统的运行情况作了初步调查和分析。 其次,文中对信息系统进行了详细地分析,从信息系统的需求和功能开始,分析了信息系统的业务流程。结合系统需求及业务流程,给出了系统总体视图和四层架构图,并研究了系统运行的环境和相应的开发模式及工具。之后,对系统的各个子系统和功能模块进行了划分和详细地说明,并设计了信息系统的代码。在此基础上,设计了数据库的概念、逻辑和物理模型,并实现了数据库子系统,达到了对信息系统整体构建的目的。 最后,文中讨论了信息系统在实施中的保障因素,提出了四点相关的建议。通过选取科学合理的评价方法和指标,对信息系统进行了整体评价;并选取了三个应急物流信息系统进行了实际的评价和分析,给出了评价的结果。此外,还对应急救灾本身提出了六点建设性的看法,期望对我国应急物流水平的提高提供参考。
[Abstract]:At 08:02 on April 20, 2013, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Lushan County in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. Rescue forces three hours after the quake were 7 times larger than the Yushu earthquake, and rescue forces were mobilized to move toward Lushan. After the Ya'an earthquake, the nation's disaster relief system was substantially rebuilt after the Wenchuan earthquake. It has demonstrated its ability to respond in a timely manner and to mobilize in a strong way, and the country's emergency response and relief capabilities have been greatly enhanced. As most of the disaster sites are in the mountainous areas, there are frequent disruptions in communications and electricity, and roads and houses are damaged. In the whole disaster relief process, the emergency logistics information system based on the Internet of things can play a very important role, such as food and water after a disaster. Emergency coordinated transportation of medicines, tents and other materials; summary reports on the disaster situation; optimal dispatch of emergency vehicles; optimal planning of the way forward. These emergency logistics work is carried out quickly and efficiently after the disaster, in order to mitigate the disaster situation, Relief for disaster victims and post-disaster reconstruction and a series of work to play a good role in ensuring. Under this background, this paper mainly discusses how to construct the emergency logistics information system based on the Internet of things, and carries on the overall evaluation research to the information system. According to the plan of the emergency logistics information system based on the Internet of things, this paper analyzes, The construction, implementation guarantee and evaluation of information system are discussed one by one. Firstly, this paper summarizes the previous research results and summarizes the previous research papers. On the basis of the current research status, the emergency logistics information system based on the Internet of things is planned. This paper puts forward the construction goal of information system, and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the system from three aspects of technology, economy and society. At the same time, it makes a preliminary investigation and analysis on the operation of current information system. Secondly, the paper analyzes the information system in detail, starting with the requirement and function of the information system, analyzes the business process of the information system. The system running environment and the corresponding development model and tools are studied. After that, the subsystems and function modules of the system are divided and explained in detail, and the code of the information system is designed. The concept, logic and physical model of the database are designed, and the database subsystem is implemented, which achieves the purpose of constructing the information system as a whole. Finally, the paper discusses the guarantee factors in the implementation of information system, and puts forward four relevant suggestions. By selecting scientific and reasonable evaluation methods and indicators, the paper evaluates the information system as a whole. Three emergency logistics information systems are selected for practical evaluation and analysis, and the evaluation results are given. In addition, six constructive views on emergency relief itself are put forward, which is expected to provide a reference for improving the level of emergency logistics in China.
