射频稳相电缆组件技术研究

【摘要】:随着微波通信系统的快速发展、计算机运算速度的提高和基础工业技术的发展,相控阵技术优势凸显。比如军事方面的相控阵雷达,民用领域新一代无线通信中的电调天线。在这些相控阵技术的应用中馈线承担着电扫描、多波束、副瓣电平控制等功能。这些微波组件对提高射频信号传输质量,提升整机系统信号传输、简化整机结构意义重大,同时对馈线的信号传输质量多了幅相一致性和相位稳定性的要求,射频稳相电缆技术也就应运而生。就射频电缆组件来说,要面临已然不是连接器和电缆的简单选型及其装配的问题,更是低驻波比、低损耗、稳相等方面的挑战。射频稳相电缆组件在开发过程中存在许多问题:稳相连接器和稳相电缆测设计或选型,及其匹配。本文针对这些问题,根据传输线理论,提出一个系统的开发方案。重点研究一下三个部分的主要内容:1、射频稳相电缆组件的组成。阐述射频稳相电缆组件在系统中的功能,并从微波传输线理论出发,根据系统对此射频稳相电缆组件的参数要求,谨慎选取射频稳相连接器和稳相电缆。2、稳相电缆组件装配工艺。根据稳相连接器的结构和稳相电缆的特点,在组件装配时选择适当的工艺方法、精准的工艺参数。3.射频稳相电缆组件装配过程中的相位控制。基于以上所有的研究结果,针对射频稳相电缆组件在装配过程中的种种问题,给出了解决方案,并展望了今后的发展方向。
