省内3G无线上网计费与摊分系统设计与实现

【摘要】：电信行业3G无线上网有了较快的发展。但整个系统建设还处于一个初期阶段。考虑3G无线上网计费与摊分业务的特点,进行此次项目设计。本文主要对3G无线上网业务进行分析。该业务数据业务量大,规则比较明确。在进行系统需求分析时重点考虑上网业务对电信运营商市场竞争的支持。系统设计分为概要设计和详细设计两个阶段。概要设计是进行框架结构设计,简要说明系统的组织机构、逻辑架构、系统概念模型,属于系统顶层设计。详细设计会对系统功能模块进行详细分析,对每个业务细节进行详细考虑,同时考虑业务语言向计算机语言的转变过程。设计时除了考虑系统功能的要求外,还针对非功能需求进行了认真考虑。详细设计为系统编码实现提供详细地依据,完成编码后形成应用系统。通过测试最终完成提交一个可以交付的软件版本。本文还针对3G上网业务的特点,详细分析了原来软件版本的状况,同时考虑3G上网业务在市场竞争中的地位。系统应用后,系统的可扩展性大幅提升,系统日常维护工作量大幅减少,系统处理效率有了较大的改进,有效的支撑了3G上网业务的发展。
[Abstract]:Telecommunication industry 3G wireless Internet has a rapid development.But the whole system construction is still in an early stage.Considering the characteristics of 3G wireless internet charging and sharing service, this project is designed.This article mainly carries on the analysis to the 3G wireless net service.The business data volume is large, the rules are clear.In the system demand analysis, the support of Internet service to telecom operators market competition is considered.The system design is divided into two stages: outline design and detailed design.The outline design is a framework structure design, which briefly describes the organization, logical structure and system conceptual model of the system, and belongs to the top level design of the system.The detailed design will analyze the function module of the system in detail, consider each business detail in detail, and consider the transformation process from business language to computer language at the same time.In addition to considering the requirements of system function, the design also considers the non-functional requirements seriously.The detailed design provides a detailed basis for the implementation of the system coding, and forms the application system after the completion of the coding.Finally submit a deliverable version of the software through testing.According to the characteristics of 3G Internet service, this paper analyzes the status of the original software version in detail, and considers the status of 3G Internet service in the market competition.After the application of the system, the expansibility of the system is greatly improved, the daily maintenance workload of the system is greatly reduced, and the processing efficiency of the system has been greatly improved, which effectively supports the development of 3G Internet service.
