移动终端视频质量主观评价体系的研究与实现

【摘要】:移动视频被许多专家认为是移动互联网时代最具有前景的应用之一。随着3G等无线网络技术的不断发展和广泛应用,移动终端视频业务比以往更受到用户的关注,需求量也在逐渐增加。与传统线网视频业务相比,移动视频的无线传输条件不太稳定,更容易产生误码;终端的视频播放效果也更容易受到硬件的限制,这就要求有更适合移动终端的编码方式。此外不同类型的视频类型也会对用户体验产生不同的影响。以上几方面因素,对移动终端视频业务在视频质量的评估,和用户体验的提升方面都提出了巨大的挑战。 在移动终端视频质量评价方法的研究中,主要有客观评价法和主观评价法。在许多视频质量评价体系的研究中,采用基于服务质量(Quality of Service,以下简称QoS)的评价方法。QoS主要包括网络的时延、丢包率、抖动等指标,但是这些指标只考虑到网络层的性能,是一种客观评价方法。客观评价法中包含的影响因素没有考虑用户主观体验,并不是一种非常有效的评价方法。而基于用户体验质量(Quality of Experience,以下简称QoE)的评价方法,是以对用户体验的影响为基础来选择影响因素的。因此QoE评价方法是一种考虑用户体验在内的主观评价方法,这种将用户主观体验考虑在内的评价方法有助于提高视频质量评价体系的准确性。 本文针对移动终端视频的特点,围绕影响用户体验的几类因素,包括无线参数、终端参数和编码参数以及视频类型,通过用户主观参与体验和指标自动化测量相结合的方式,收集各指标影响下的用户主观体验结果。再通过关联性分析和改进的层次分析法,研究无线参数、终端参数和编码参数和视频类型对移动终端视频质量的综合影响,构建移动终端视频质量主观评价体系。 本文首先介绍移动视频业务发展现状。然后以用户体验为基础,描述了影响移动终端视频质量的四类指标。接着对移动终端视频质量主观评价体系进行需求分析、设计和实现。最后采用多元线性回归方法对测试数据进行分析,构建移动终端视频质量评价体系。
[Abstract]:Mobile video is regarded by many experts as one of the most promising applications in the era of mobile Internet.With the continuous development and wide application of wireless network technology such as 3G, mobile terminal video services are paid more attention by users than ever before, and the demand is increasing gradually.Compared with the traditional wire-net video service, the wireless transmission condition of mobile video is less stable, so it is easier to generate bit error. The video playback effect of the terminal is also easier to be restricted by hardware, which requires a more suitable coding method for mobile terminal.In addition, different types of video will also have different effects on the user experience.These factors pose a great challenge to the evaluation of video quality and the improvement of user experience for mobile terminal video services.In the research of mobile terminal video quality evaluation methods, there are objective evaluation method and subjective evaluation method.In the research of many video quality evaluation systems, the QoS evaluation method based on quality of Service (QoS) mainly includes the network delay, packet loss rate, jitter and so on, but these indexes only consider the performance of the network layer.It is an objective evaluation method.Objective evaluation method is not a very effective evaluation method because it does not consider the subjective experience of users.However, the evaluation method based on the quality of user experience (hereinafter referred to as QoS) is based on the influence of user experience to select the influencing factors.Therefore, QoE evaluation method is a subjective evaluation method, which takes user experience into account. This method can help to improve the accuracy of video quality evaluation system.According to the characteristics of mobile terminal video, this paper focuses on several kinds of factors that affect the user experience, including wireless parameters, terminal parameters and coding parameters, as well as video types, and combines the user's subjective participation experience with the automatic measurement of indicators.Collect the user subjective experience results under the influence of each index.Then through the correlation analysis and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the comprehensive influence of wireless parameters, terminal parameters, coding parameters and video types on the video quality of mobile terminal is studied, and the subjective evaluation system of mobile terminal video quality is constructed.This paper first introduces the development of mobile video services.Then, based on user experience, four kinds of indicators which affect the video quality of mobile terminal are described.Then the subjective evaluation system of mobile terminal video quality is analyzed, designed and implemented.Finally, the multivariate linear regression method is used to analyze the test data, and a mobile terminal video quality evaluation system is constructed.
