雷达通信一体化系统的参数估计技术研究

【摘要】:随着现代数字信号处理技术和高速信号处理器件的发展,实时处理复杂信号成为可能。面对复杂的电磁环境,雷达通信一体化系统的研究具有很重要的现实意义。一体化接收系统需要完成信号检测、信号分离、参数估计、信号识别及分选等工作。其中,信号分离的结果将作为后续信号处理的输入,因此,如何能够有效地分离出高质量的信号,对于后续处理有重要意义。而参数的准确估计,也将对信号的正确识别、分选提供有效的参考。在此基础上,本文结合实际项目实践及当前的理论现状,重点研究了雷达通信一体化接收机中的信号分离及参数估计算法,提出了一些适于工程实践的算法。首先,本文基于雷达系统与通信系统的差异,讨论了两个系统一体化的可能性。在此基础上,分析了几种主要的通信信号、雷达信号的时频域特点。其中,通信信号包括AM、FM、2FSK、BPSK、QPSK及16QAM信号,雷达信号包括相位编码、频率编码、脉内脉间复合调制及频率步进雷达信号。接下来重点研究了信号的分离技术及参数估计技术。在信号分离方面,提出了结合信号功率谱分析与独立成分分析相结合的信号分离算法,有效平衡了分离性能与算法的实时性,通过高级语言仿真,达到了较好的分离效果。在参数估计方面,针对雷达信号的脉冲宽度、脉冲幅度、到达时间、载频及通信信号的载波频率、码元速率等参数提出了相应的参数估计算法,算法适应于大多数信号,基本实现了盲估计。经仿真测试,估计精度令人满意。最后,整个算法在FPGA与DSP结合的硬件平台上移植实现,讨论了DSP部分的硬件模块设计及算法的优化,并给出了硬件平台上的验证性测试结果。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern digital signal processing technology and high speed signal processing devices, it is possible to process complex signals in real time. In the face of complex electromagnetic environment, the research of radar communication integration system has very important practical significance. Integrated receiving system needs to complete signal detection, signal separation, parameter estimation, signal recognition and sorting. Among them, the result of signal separation will be used as the input of subsequent signal processing. Therefore, how to effectively separate high quality signals is of great significance for subsequent processing. The accurate estimation of parameters will also provide an effective reference for the correct identification and sorting of signals. On this basis, combined with the actual project practice and current theoretical situation, this paper focuses on the research of signal separation and parameter estimation algorithms in the integrated radar communication receiver, and puts forward some algorithms suitable for engineering practice. Firstly, based on the difference between radar system and communication system, the possibility of integration of two systems is discussed. On this basis, the characteristics of several main communication signals, radar signals in time and frequency domain are analyzed. Among them, the communication signal includes AMFFM2FSK BPSK QPSK and 16QAM signal, and the radar signal includes phase coding, frequency coding, interpulse complex modulation and frequency step radar signal. Then, the separation technology and parameter estimation technology of signal are studied. In the aspect of signal separation, a signal separation algorithm combining power spectrum analysis and independent component analysis is proposed, which effectively balances the separation performance with the real-time performance of the algorithm, and achieves a good separation effect through advanced language simulation. In parameter estimation, a parameter estimation algorithm is proposed for the parameters of radar signal, such as pulse width, pulse amplitude, arrival time, carrier frequency and carrier frequency of communication signal, symbol rate, etc. The algorithm is suitable for most signals. Blind estimation is basically realized. The simulation results show that the estimation accuracy is satisfactory. Finally, the whole algorithm is implemented on the hardware platform which combines FPGA and DSP. The hardware module design and algorithm optimization of the DSP part are discussed, and the verification test results on the hardware platform are given.
