基于加速度传感器和无线传输的奶牛计步器系统

【摘要】:近些年来,随着国家对乳制品行业规划整合工作的不断深入,同时为了适应市场发展需要,增强自身竞争力,各大乳品企业带头建设了自己的规模化奶牛牧场。但养殖行业传统的生产方式极大的制约了现代牧场的发展,不仅浪费了大量的人力资源,而且生产效率低,在同行业中严重缺乏竞争力。随着科技的日益进步,尤其是我国嵌入式技术的迅猛发展,使得在传统养殖业中引入现代化的高科技产品来提高生产效率成为可能。本文讨论设计了一套基于无线传输与加速度传感器的计步器系统,它可以提供奶牛发情的准确信息同时减少人力劳动,极大的提高了奶牛养殖的经济效益。 本文开篇介绍课题研究背景及意义,说明了计步器系统的研究价值和重要性。描述了系统整体功能及其框架,在此基础上详细阐述各部分的功能组成、原理设计和应用实现。 系统的设计包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分,本文的核心工作为硬件设计。论文的主要内容包括计步器系统的整体设计思路;计步器硬件各部分器件(无线传输模块nRF24LE1、加速度传感器MC3230、温度传感器TMP102和控制芯片dsPIC30F4013)选择及其工作原理功能描述;各部分硬件模块化的设计过程及原理;系统的编程与调试;计步器功耗测试及性能优化。软件设计部分主要介绍系统功能的软件实现原理和设计方法,阐明由奶牛活动量数据得到发情信息的科学过程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the planning and integration of the dairy industry, and in order to meet the needs of market development and enhance their competitiveness, major dairy enterprises have taken the lead in building their own large-scale dairy cattle pasture. However, the traditional mode of production has greatly restricted the development of modern pastures, which not only wastes a large amount of human resources, but also has low production efficiency and a serious lack of competitiveness in the same industry. With the increasing progress of science and technology, especially the rapid development of embedded technology in China, it is possible to introduce modern high-tech products into the traditional aquaculture industry to improve production efficiency. This paper discusses the design of a pedometer system based on wireless transmission and acceleration sensor, which can provide accurate information of estrus and reduce labor force, which greatly improves the economic benefit of dairy cattle breeding. At the beginning of this paper, the background and significance of the research are introduced, and the research value and importance of the pedometer system are explained. The whole function of the system and its framework are described. On this basis, the functional composition, principle design and application implementation of each part are described in detail. The design of the system includes hardware design and software design. The core work of this paper is hardware design. The main contents of this paper include the whole design idea of the pedometer system, the selection and function description of the hardware components (wireless transmission module nRF24LE1, acceleration sensor MC3230, temperature sensor TMP102 and control chip dsPIC30F4013). The design process and principle of each part of hardware modularization; system programming and debugging; pedometer power test and performance optimization. The software design part mainly introduces the software realization principle and design method of the system function, and clarifies the scientific process of obtaining estrus information from the data of dairy cow activity quantity.
