基于FPGA的通用雷达信号处理机的设计与实现

【摘要】:毫米波雷达在民用和军用近程探测上的使用越来越广泛。在民用领域,主要有交通监测、汽车防撞、自适应巡航控制与小区周界安全防范等;在军用领域,主要有各种智能引信、导弹导引头及火力控制等。本文针对通用毫米波雷达信号处理问题,在中频信号预处理和数字信号处理方面作了一定的研究和实践。本文实现了一种可以用于近程探测的通用毫米波雷达中频信号处理机。系统由两部分组成,一部分是雷达接收机中频信号的调理和数字化采样,另一部分是全数字化雷达中频信号的处理。该系统可以对特定目标进行比较精确的测距测速,并且根据相关信息发出报警或者控制信号。整个系统的数字信号处理部分集中在一片FPGA中,最大限度的实现了系统的小型化、集成化,并且提高了可靠性。本文完成了系统的设计和调试,包括了信号调理电路的设计、实现和调试,以及信号处理算法的设计和硬件处理电路实现。通过实测证明,本文实现的通用毫米波雷达中频信号处理机符合设计目标,其各项功能和性能均满足指标要求,能够满足实际的应用需求。最后对探测误差进行了分析,为进一步优化性能提供了基础。
[Abstract]:Millimeter wave radar is more and more widely used in civil and military short-range detection. In the civil field, there are mainly traffic monitoring, vehicle collision prevention, adaptive cruise control and perimeter security prevention, etc. In the military field, there are mainly various intelligent fuze, missile seeker and fire control. Aiming at the problem of general millimeter-wave radar signal processing, this paper has done some research and practice in if signal preprocessing and digital signal processing. In this paper, a general MMW radar if signal processor can be used for short range detection. The system consists of two parts, one is the if signal conditioning and digital sampling of radar receiver, the other is the processing of full digital radar if signal. The system can accurately measure the range and velocity of a specific target and send out alarm or control signals according to the relevant information. The digital signal processing part of the whole system is concentrated in a piece of FPGA, which realizes the miniaturization and integration of the system to the maximum extent, and improves the reliability. This paper completes the design and debugging of the system, including the design, realization and debugging of the signal conditioning circuit, the design of the signal processing algorithm and the realization of the hardware processing circuit. It is proved that the universal MMW radar intermediate frequency signal processor realized in this paper accords with the design goal, and its functions and performances meet the requirements of the index and can meet the practical application requirements. Finally, the detection error is analyzed, which provides a basis for further optimization of performance.
