多通道振动信号分析系统研究与设计

【摘要】:随着工业化的快速发展,机械振动监测系统被广泛用于冶金、石化、电力、机械制造等行业。有大量的电机、泵、风机、压缩机、变速箱等机械设备在连续工作时,需要通过监测这些旋转机械的振动幅度、频率等物理量的变化,了解设备的工作状态,对设备出现的故障及时报警并通过采集的振动信号诊断设备故障。 本文根据用户需求以及现阶段振动测试技术的现状,综合考虑成本、开发难度等因素,设计了基于ADI的高速DSP多通道振动信号分析系统,研究了振动信号处理的方法。论文的主要内容有: (1)研究了振动信号分析系统技术在国内外发展的现状,设计出前端振动信号采集装置的硬件实现方案,并完成了前端振动采集装置各个功能模块的设计。 (2)重点研究了振动信号的各种处理方法,开发设计了振动信号分析系统的终端分析软件,包括振动信号数据预处理、振动加速度积分、频谱分析、图形显示、数据库操作等程序模块。 (3)完成了振动信号分析系统前端采集装置和终端分析软件的联调,调试结果表明本系统满足用户设计需求,达到了预期设计的目标。本文所设计的振动信号分析系统具有一定的推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization, mechanical vibration monitoring system is widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, machinery manufacturing and other industries. There are a large number of machinery and equipment, such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes, which need to monitor the changes of the vibration amplitude, frequency and other physical quantities of these rotating machinery in order to understand the working state of the equipment. Timely alarm of equipment faults and diagnosis of equipment faults through collected vibration signals. According to the needs of users and the present situation of vibration testing technology, this paper designs a high-speed DSP multi-channel vibration signal analysis system based on ADI, considering the factors of cost and development difficulty, and studies the method of vibration signal processing. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: 1) the status quo of vibration signal analysis system technology at home and abroad is studied, and the hardware implementation scheme of front-end vibration signal acquisition device is designed, and the design of each function module of front-end vibration signal acquisition device is completed. The terminal analysis software of vibration signal analysis system is developed and designed, including vibration signal data preprocessing, vibration acceleration integral, spectrum analysis, graphic display, etc. Database operation and other program modules. The debugging results show that the system meets the design needs of users and achieves the desired design goal. 3) the vibration signal analysis system front-end acquisition device and terminal analysis software are combined and adjusted.
