济宁移动WLAN代维调度平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:当今时代网络飞速发展,人们对网络的需求使WLAN网络进入高速发展的时代。济宁市移动WLAN业务在监控、维护、优化方面采用的是集中管理调度,这就造成了管理调度的工作量巨大,在日常维护中往往会出现顾此失彼的现象。经过对济宁移动WLAN网络维护工作的分析,当前工作存在很多困难。相对于国外的系统,国内虽然也有已经建立的WLAN代维调度平台,但是大多数都处于发展阶段,功能方面不完善,严重影响了工作效率。所以为解决WLAN维护工作的困难,济宁移动提出建立一个WLAN代维调度平台的想法。系统在编码方面,使用主流的java语言进行程序编码,java语言可以实现系统的一次编写,处处使用。确定了系统总体架构设计是基于B/S的三层体系结构,分为用户层、业务逻辑层和数据库层。在此基础上运用了三大框架:hibernate, struts和spring对系统进行技术架构设计。在数据库上,运用Oracle 10g实现济宁移动WLAN代维调度平台的数据库,对系统的数据进行管理。济宁移动WLAN代维调度平台主要被划分为了四个模块,分别是电子公告及交流平台、故障上报、工单管理和其他功能。其中电子公告及交流平台业务实现了公告预览、公告管理和交流平台管理三个功能。故障上报业务实现了故障上报管理、上报统计和短信配置三个功能。工单管理业务实现了维护工单管理、投诉工单管理和区县工单管理三个主要功能。在其他功能业务中主要实现了点管理、短信平台、组织机构管理和系统管理四个功能。通过济宁移动WLAN代维调度平台的建立,能够解决WLAN维护工作的当前的困难,提高工作效率和工作规范度,希望可以完善沟通渠道,使信息及时传达,实现自动派单的需求,减少工作人员在派单方面的工作量。本系统可以提高工作效率,顺应我国WLAN业务高速发展的趋势,实现了全面、闭环、高效和公正的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, the demand for the network makes the WLAN network enter the era of rapid development. Jining mobile WLAN service in monitoring, maintenance, optimization uses centralized management scheduling, which resulted in a huge workload of management scheduling, in the daily maintenance will often appear the phenomenon of ignoring one or the other. Through the analysis of Jining Mobile WLAN network maintenance, there are many difficulties in the current work. Compared with foreign systems, although there are also established WLAN generation scheduling platform in China, most of them are in the stage of development, and the function is not perfect, which seriously affects the efficiency of work. In order to solve the difficulty of WLAN maintenance, Jining Mobile put forward the idea of establishing a WLAN maintenance scheduling platform. In the coding aspect of the system, using the mainstream java language to code the Java language can realize the system once, use everywhere. It is determined that the overall architecture of the system is a three-tier architecture based on B / S, which is divided into user layer, business logic layer and database layer. On this basis, we use three frameworks: hibernate, struts and spring to design the technical architecture of the system. On the database, Oracle 10g is used to realize the database of Jining Mobile WLAN maintenance scheduling platform, and the data of the system is managed. Jining Mobile WLAN maintenance scheduling platform is divided into four modules, namely electronic announcement and communication platform, fault reporting, work order management and other functions. Among them, electronic announcement and communication platform business realized three functions: announcement preview, announcement management and communication platform management. Fault reporting service realizes three functions: fault report management, report statistics and short message configuration. The work order management business realizes three main functions: maintenance work order management, complaint work order management and district and county work order management. In other functional business, it mainly realizes four functions: point management, short message platform, organization management and system management. Through the establishment of Jining Mobile WLAN maintenance scheduling platform, it can solve the current difficulties of WLAN maintenance work, improve work efficiency and work standard degree, hope to improve communication channels, make the information transmitted in time, and realize the demand of automatic dispatch order. Reduce the staff's unilateral workload. This system can improve the working efficiency, conform to the high speed development trend of WLAN business in our country, and realize the demand of comprehensive, closed loop, high efficiency and justice.
