基于无线传感器网络的母猪体温实时监测节点研制

【摘要】:为建立母猪健康模型和分析母猪分娩、发情等过程体温变化规律提供数据支撑,研制了一种基于MLX90614和CC2430的母猪体温实时监测节点,远程、实时监测母猪体温。节点硬件选用CC2430单片机为主控制器,MLX90614红外温度传感器为温度测量传感器,CC2430单片机通过SMbus协议与MLX90614通信,对读取的温度数据补偿并发送到网关节点。试验过程中,选择母猪臀部为最佳测量部位,并研究母猪臀部温度与直肠温度的相关性,利用分布图法剔除异常数据,对温度测量结果进行补偿。试验结果显示:在实际猪舍中传感器网络节点的有效通信距离为30 m,系统测量误差为0.21℃,满足养殖行业对猪体温测量误差的要求。提出了一种非接触式准确实时测量母猪体温方法,为母猪养殖的科学化、规模化提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a sows health model and to provide data support for analyzing the variation of body temperature during sows' delivery and estrus, a real-time monitoring node of sows' body temperature based on MLX90614 and CC2430 was developed to monitor the body temperature of sows remotely and in real time. CC2430 single chip microcomputer is chosen as the main controller of node hardware. MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor is used as temperature measurement sensor. CC2430 MCU communicates with MLX90614 through SMbus protocol, compensates the read temperature data and sends it to the gateway node. In the course of the experiment, the best measuring site was the buttocks of sows, and the correlation between the temperature of the buttocks and the rectum temperature of sows was studied. The abnormal data were eliminated by the method of distribution map, and the results of temperature measurement were compensated. The experimental results show that the effective communication distance of sensor network node is 30 m and the systematic measurement error is 0.21 鈩,
