基于ZigBee的无线智能锁系统设计

【摘要】:随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于家居安全的需求越来越高,普通的机械锁对于防范现代化的入室盗窃显得越来越无力。而且,安全措施的强度直接体现的是个人的身份和地位。电子智能锁使用新一代的门禁识别技术(包括密码、指纹、虹膜等)大大改善家居安全的同时新的问题也开始显现。门锁在遭到攻击时,用户却无从知晓,直接导致各种盗窃案件居高不下。 文中提出了一种基于ZigBee网络的物联网无线智能锁系统。在这套系统中,你家的智能锁是与小区物业管理处通过无线网络连通的。智能锁的打开、关闭等信息都实时存储在小区物业数据管理中心,你可以随时进行查阅或者对非法开门信息进行跟踪。系统还提供了智能锁网络状态报告功能,确保网络中的智能锁掉线之后能够及时的发现和维护,保障智能锁的安全运行。智能锁还提供了完备的实时监控机制,任何人对智能锁的任何操作都在你的掌握中。 本文首先分析了现有智能锁技术存在的不足,提出云无线智能锁在这些方面的优越性。根据智能锁系统的方案需求,分析并设计系统整体框架,又进一步给出具体实现方案。基于系统方案的低功耗、低成本等特点以及单芯片方案应用于本系统的优势,最终选择TI公司推出的ZigBee片上系统CC2530芯片作为开发平台以及网状网的ZigBee网络拓补结构。重点介绍了智能锁系统应用功能模块软件设计,包括协调器建立网络,终端节点加入网络,串口交互,网络安全,串口API数据帧,固件升级等。 最后对智能锁系统做了全面的可靠性测试。主要包括对智能锁系统的功能测试,点对点的通信距离、丢包率的测试,智能锁模块的低功耗测试,大量节点的网络测试等。测试中根据应用需求模拟了智能锁的实际工作环境,并使用抓包软件对相关数据的传输进行实时的跟踪监控。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, the demand for household safety is higher and higher, and the common mechanical lock is more and more powerless to prevent the modern burglary. Moreover, the intensity of security measures directly reflects the identity and status of individuals. Electronic smart locks use a new generation of access guard identification technologies (including passwords, fingerprints, iris, etc.) to dramatically improve home security and new problems are emerging. When the door lock is attacked, the user does not know, which directly leads to a high number of theft cases. In this paper, a wireless intelligent lock system based on ZigBee network is proposed. In this system, your home's intelligent lock is connected to the residential property management via wireless network. Intelligent lock opening, closing and other information are stored in real time in the residential property data management center, you can access at any time or to track the illegal door information. The system also provides the intelligent lock network status report function to ensure that the intelligent lock in the network can be found and maintained in time and ensure the safe operation of the intelligent lock. Smart locks also provide a complete real-time monitoring mechanism, any operation of anyone on the intelligent lock is in your grasp. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the existing intelligent lock technology and proposes the superiority of cloud wireless intelligent lock in these aspects. According to the requirement of intelligent lock system, the whole frame of the system is analyzed and designed. Based on the characteristics of low power consumption and low cost of the system and the advantages of single chip scheme applied in this system, the CC2530 chip of ZigBee chip developed by TI Company was chosen as the development platform and the ZigBee network supplement structure of mesh network was used as the development platform. This paper mainly introduces the software design of the application function module of the intelligent lock system, including the establishment of the network by the coordinator, the addition of the terminal node to the network, the serial port interaction, the network security, the serial port API data frame, the firmware upgrade and so on. Finally, the reliability of the intelligent lock system is tested. It mainly includes the function test of intelligent lock system, the point to point communication distance, the test of packet loss rate, the low power test of intelligent lock module, the network test of a large number of nodes and so on. The actual working environment of intelligent lock is simulated according to the application requirement, and the real-time tracking and monitoring of relevant data transmission is carried out by using packet catching software.
