W波段宽带接收机的研究关键部件设计

【摘要】:本文对两种类型的W波段宽带接收机(直检式和外差式)的内部关键部件进行了深入研究,并且针对低噪放的宽带低噪声特性、检波器的大动态高灵敏度特性、混频器的宽带低变频损耗特性分别对相关部件作了设计,达到了预定的要求。首先,本文研究了低噪放的相关设计。通过对低噪放的工作原理的分析,逐一论述了低噪放设计中所要注意的技术指标,并通过对市场上流通的芯片的检查,最后选择了TNL4-110芯片作为低噪放单片,提高了组件的设计效率。并且,在此基础上,自主设计了其偏置电路,保证了低噪放的正常工作。另外,根据需求,分别设计了适合两种接收机(直检式接收机和外差式接收机)的低噪放方案,并实现了所要求的指标。其次,本文针对直检式接收机中的检波器展开到了相关研究。通过对检波器的工作原理的分析以及技术指标的论述,本文选择了HSCH-9161型肖特基势垒二极管作为检波二极管。以此为基,设计了匹配电路以及低通滤波器,完成了检波器的设计。再次,本文针对外差式接收机中的混频器展开到了相关研究。通过对混频器的工作原理的分析以及技术指标的论述,本文选择了DMK-2790型肖特基势垒二极管作为混频管。在此基础上,设计了一个180度环形电桥作为输入信号的隔离部件,设计了混频管的匹配电路,最终完成了混频器的设计。最后,本文仿真设计了波导转微带的对脊鳍线过渡结构,为微带线组件与波导接口相接提供了一个合理的手段。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the internal key components of two types of W-Band wideband receivers (direct-detection and heterodyne) are studied in depth, and the large dynamic and high sensitivity characteristics of the geophone are analyzed for the wideband and low-noise characteristics of the low-noise amplifier. The wideband low-frequency loss characteristics of mixers are designed to meet the predetermined requirements. Firstly, this paper studies the design of low noise amplifier. Based on the analysis of the working principle of low noise amplifier, this paper discusses the technical indexes that should be paid attention to in the design of low noise amplifier one by one. After checking the circulating chips in the market, TNL4-110 chip is selected as the single chip of low noise amplifier. The design efficiency of components is improved. On this basis, the bias circuit is designed independently to ensure the normal operation of low noise amplifier. In addition, according to the requirement, the low noise amplifier scheme suitable for two kinds of receivers (direct-detection receiver and heterodyne receiver) is designed, and the required index is realized. Secondly, this paper studies the geophone in direct receiver. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the geophone and the discussion of the technical specifications, the HSCH-9161 Schottky barrier diode is selected as the detector diode in this paper. Based on this, the matching circuit and low pass filter are designed, and the detector is designed. Thirdly, this paper studies the mixer in heterodyne receiver. Based on the analysis of the working principle and technical specifications of the mixer, the DMK-2790 Schottky barrier diode is selected as the mixer. On this basis, a 180 degree annular bridge is designed as the isolation part of the input signal, and the matching circuit of the mixer is designed. Finally, the mixer is designed. Finally, the transition structure of the waveguide to microstrip is simulated and designed, which provides a reasonable method for the interface between the microstrip and the waveguide.
