兴业银行3G网络平台的设计及管理

【摘要】:随着零售业务的快速发展,金融服务渠道成为各大金融机构的竞争重点,体现为能否为不同客户提供个性化的、差异化的服务。这一需求推动了网点运营模式的转变。对于银行业来说,加强自助渠道服务是银行网点运营模式转变的需要。目前银行自助渠道主要是大力布设离行自动取款机(ATM机)、流动银行上门服务。离行ATM服务点和流动银行的建设采用专线的方式实现通讯。传统的有线方式布线不灵活,部分离行ATM布设的区域专线无法到达,同时专线通讯成本高、申请开通时间长,无法实现离行ATM及时通讯,制约了银行业务的发展。第三代移动通信(3G)无线网络能够满足银行快速部署网点的要求。本文结合3G的发展趋势,对虚拟专用拨号网络(VPDN)的体系结构、关键技术、安全性等进行了深入研究。在此基础上,提出兴业银行3G无线VPDN安全接入方案。主要研究内容包括:1、根据兴业银行现有网络现状,搭建兴业银行3G网络架构,分为3G接入区、服务器区,以及离行自助接入区,对各区进行了功能描述及路由设计。2、针对银行网络的特殊性,深入分析了3G网络平台使用中面临的接入层和传输层的安全问题。通过部署身份认证服务器和数字证书服务器,对核心路由器及接入路由器进行加密配置,确保数据传输和接入安全。3、针对3G无线网络部署地点较为分散,银行网络维护人员配置有限,为了更好地维护管理3G网络平台,设计了3G网络管理系统,实现对3G无线网络设备监控、故障排查及远程维护等。本文设计的3G无线组网方案,成功应用到了兴业银行离行ATM网点、移动银行中,克服了传统有线专线的缺陷,满足离行ATM、移动网点的灵活调配、快速部署要求,同时降低了银行通信运营成本,扩大了银行业务的发展空间。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of retail business, financial service channels have become the competition focus of various financial institutions, reflected in whether they can provide personalized and differentiated services for different customers. This demand has promoted the transformation of network operation mode. For the banking industry, strengthening self-service is the need to change the operation mode of bank network. At present, the main self-service channel of banks is to set up departure ATM machines (ATM machines), mobile banks door-to-door service. The construction of departure ATM service point and mobile bank adopts the way of special line to realize communication. The traditional wired mode is inflexible, part of the area special line laid by ATM can't reach, and the communication cost of the special line is high, the application time is long, and it can't realize the timely communication of departing ATM, which restricts the development of banking business. The third generation mobile communication 3 G) wireless network can meet the requirement of bank rapid deployment network. Based on the development trend of 3G, the architecture, key technology and security of Virtual Private Dial-up Network (VPDN) are studied in this paper. On this basis, the 3G wireless VPDN secure access scheme of SocGen Bank is proposed. The main research contents include: 1. According to the current network situation of Societe Generale Bank, the 3G network structure of Societe Generale Bank is built, which is divided into 3G access area, server area, and off-line self-access area. The function description and route design of each district are given. Aiming at the particularity of bank network, the security problems of access layer and transmission layer in 3G network platform are analyzed. By deploying identity authentication server and digital certificate server, the core routers and access routers are encrypted and configured to ensure data transmission and access security. The configuration of bank network maintenance personnel is limited. In order to better maintain and manage 3G network platform, a 3G network management system is designed to monitor, troubleshoot and remote maintenance of 3G wireless network equipment. The 3G wireless network scheme designed in this paper has been successfully applied to the departure ATM network of the Industrial Bank of China. The mobile bank has overcome the defects of the traditional wired line, satisfied the flexible deployment and rapid deployment requirements of the outgoing ATM and mobile network. At the same time, it reduces the operation cost of bank communication and expands the development space of bank business.
