宽带手机天线的研究

【摘要】:随着移动通信的飞速发展,越来越多的无线功能被加入到了手机之中,对手机天线的性能提出了越来越高的要求。同时由于手机天线的小型化,宽带化受到固有因素的限制,发展比较困难。因此小型化,宽带化的天线成为了手机设计中的一个瓶颈,如何设计出电性能好,受周围环境影响小,覆盖制式多的手机天线受到越来越多的重视。本论文对小型天线的宽带化进行了深入的研究,总结了天线宽带化常用的技术,并提出了两种新颖的宽带天线的设计。 第一章简要介绍了国内外关于电小天线的理论研究现状,宽带匹配网络的研究现状以及实际应用情况,并总结了当前手机天线设计中面临的主要挑战。 第二章主要介绍了手机天线的主要性能参数,设计指标,并对手机天线主要指标的测量方法进行了比较详细的介绍。 第三章详细介绍了手机天线的常见形式,以及天线辐射体的常见分析方法,包括解析分析法和数值分析法。并在阅读文献的基础上总结了常见的微带天线的宽频带设计技术。最后简要介绍了天线的计算机辅助设计。 第四章详细分析了手机天线的匹配技术,介绍了匹配的解析理论的发展,以及计算机数值技术用于匹配网络设计的发展。简要介绍了Smith圆图,并着重分析了基于Smith圆图的匹配网络设计,包括单支路匹配,双支路匹配,以及更高支路匹配的方法,以及双频天线的匹配方法。 第五章介绍了一些其他的非常规的宽带天线技术,包括频段可重构天线,有源接收天线,非福斯特电路做匹配网络的天线,以及新近出现的一些用于手机上的自动电调谐技术。 第六章基于前面对于宽带天线以及宽带匹配网络的分析,综合应用上述宽带技术,设计了两款适用于手机的宽带天线,对设计的天线进行了仿真,并做了实际样品进行了测试。结果表明每款天线都可以达到五频的要求,可以在手机上使用,满足日益增长的带宽需要。 最后一章对本文的工作进行了总结,并指出了工作的不足,以及将来的努力方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication, more and more wireless functions are added to the mobile phone. At the same time, due to the miniaturization of mobile antenna, broadband is restricted by inherent factors, so it is difficult to develop. Therefore, miniaturization, broadband antenna has become a bottleneck in mobile phone design, how to design a good electrical performance, less affected by the surrounding environment, more and more attention has been paid to the mobile phone antenna with more coverage. In this paper, the broadband antenna of small antenna is studied deeply, the common technology of broadband antenna is summarized, and two novel broadband antennas are designed. The first chapter briefly introduces the domestic and international research status of small antenna theory, broadband matching network research status and practical application, and summarizes the main challenges in the design of mobile phone antenna. In the second chapter, the main performance parameters and design indexes of mobile phone antenna are introduced in detail, and the measuring methods of the main parameters of mobile phone antenna are introduced in detail. In the third chapter, the common forms of mobile phone antenna and the common analytical methods of antenna radiator are introduced in detail, including analytical analysis method and numerical analysis method. On the basis of reading literature, the paper summarizes the common broadband design technology of microstrip antenna. Finally, the computer aided design of antenna is briefly introduced. In chapter 4, the matching technology of mobile phone antenna is analyzed in detail, and the development of the analytical theory of matching and the development of computer numerical technology used in the design of matching network are introduced. This paper briefly introduces Smith circle diagram, and emphatically analyzes the design of matching network based on Smith circle graph, including single branch matching, double branch matching, and higher branch matching, as well as the matching method of dual-frequency antenna. In chapter 5, we introduce some other unconventional broadband antenna technologies, including frequency band reconfigurable antenna, active receiving antenna, non-Foster circuit antenna for matching network, and some newly developed automatic electric tuning techniques for mobile phones. In chapter 6, based on the analysis of broadband antenna and broadband matching network, two wideband antennas suitable for mobile phone are designed and simulated, and the actual samples are tested. The results show that each antenna can meet the requirement of five-frequency and can be used on mobile phone to meet the increasing bandwidth requirement. The last chapter summarizes the work of this paper and points out the shortcomings of the work and the direction of future efforts.
