移动通信中高性能印制天线阵的研究

【摘要】:随着LTE投入商用,2G、3G和4G将在移动通信网络市场内共存一段时间为人们提供移动通信服务。天线是无线网络信号的出入口,,由于新的基站站点资源越来越难获得,复用已有站点使其支持多制式网络成为未来的网络部署的主要途径,研究支持多制式、小型化、低剖面、高性能的基站天线单元是非常具有实际意义的。 本论文研究与设计应用于LTE、3G和部分2G通信系统的双极化基站天线。本论文的创新成果具体为: 1、提出了一种寄生贴片结构的印制偶极子天线单元。将一副短振子作为寄生贴片,放置在辐射臂的上方,通过双臂的辐射场激励寄生振子贴片。天线的电压驻波比VSWR2.0阻抗匹配带宽为1.54-3.64GHz,实现了80%的相对带宽,与传统的印制振子天线相比,天线有三个谐振点,相对带宽提高了一倍。 2、提出了一种加载短路“T”形振子结构的印制偶极子天线单元。将一副小的短振子作为高频段的辐射振子,短路接在辐射臂的上方。天线有四个谐振点,实现了80.5%的相对带宽(VSWR2.0),与传统结构印制偶极子天线相对带宽相比提高了一倍。 3、提出了一种新型的分支线匹配的馈电巴伦结构的印制偶极子天线单元。在不改变天线大小的基础上,对传统的“J”形馈电巴伦结构进行改进,基于传输线理论分析方法计算了这种馈电巴伦具有宽频带匹配特性,并设计制作了天线,测试结果表明,天线实现了58%(VSWR1.5)的相对带宽。 4、提出了一种新型的双层贴片短路振子结构的宽带双极化基站天线单元。双层贴片结构扩展了天线带宽,抑制了交叉极化比。提出了一种阶梯状的印制馈电巴伦,提高了双端口的隔离度线。天线双端口VSWR≤1.5的公共带宽为66.7%,带宽内隔离度基本大于25dB。 5、提出了一种新型双层贴片分支线匹配的馈电巴伦结构的宽带双极化基站天线单元。结合双层贴片结构振子加载技术,大幅度的扩展了天线带宽,抑制了交叉极化比。双极化天线两端口的VSWR1.5的工作频带达到了57.6%相对带宽(1.63GHz-2.95GHz),天线在整个工作频带内方向图稳定。 6、基于LTE基站宽频带、小型化的要求,设计了一种24的8单元阵列天线,双极化阵列天线各个双极化天线单元端口具有1.8GHz-2.87GHz公共工作频带,实验结果表明该双极化阵列天线具有良好的性能指标。
[Abstract]:As LTE goes into business, 2G, 3G and 4G will provide mobile communication services for people in the mobile communication network market for a period of time. Antenna is the access of wireless network signals. As new base station site resources are becoming more and more difficult to obtain, reusing existing sites to support multi mode networks is the main approach to network deployment in the future. It is of great practical significance to support multi mode, miniaturized, low profile and high performance base station antenna units.
This paper studies and designs a dual polarized base station antenna for LTE, 3G and some 2G communication systems.
1, a printed dipole antenna unit with a parasitic patch structure is proposed. A pair of short vibrators is used as a parasitic patch, which is placed above the arm of the radiation arm, and excites the parasitic vibrator through the radiation field of the two arms. The impedance matching bandwidth of the antenna's voltage to Bobbi is 1.54-3.64GHz, and the relative bandwidth of the antenna is achieved, and the traditional printed vibrator is used. Compared with the antenna, the antenna has three resonance points, and the relative bandwidth has doubled.
2, a printed dipole antenna unit with short circuited "T" shaped oscillator structure is proposed. A small short vibrator is used as a radiant vibrator of the high frequency section. The short circuit is connected to the upper part of the arm. The antenna has four resonant points, which achieves 80.5% relative bandwidth (VSWR2.0), and increases the relative bandwidth compared with the traditional printed dipole antenna. Double.
3, a new type of branched line matched printed dipole antenna element with feed Baron structure is proposed. On the basis of not changing the size of the antenna, the traditional "J" shaped Baren structure is improved. Based on the transmission line theory analysis method, the broadband matching characteristic of the feed Baron is calculated, and the antenna is designed and fabricated. The test results show that the antenna achieves a relative bandwidth of 58% (VSWR1.5).
4, a new type of broadband dual polarization base station antenna unit with double layer patch short circuit oscillator is proposed. The double layer patch structure extends the antenna bandwidth and inhibits the cross polarization ratio. A stepped printed feed Baron is proposed, which improves the isolation line of the dual port. The common bandwidth of the dual port VSWR < 1.5 is 66.7%, and the bandwidth is separated. The degree of departure is basically greater than 25dB.
5, a new type of broadband dual polarization base station antenna unit with a feed Baren structure is proposed. Combined with double layer patch structure, the bandwidth of the antenna is greatly expanded and the cross polarization ratio is suppressed. The frequency band of VSWR1.5 with two port of dual polarized antenna reaches 57.6% relative bandwidth (1.63GHz-2.95G Hz), the antenna is stable in the whole working frequency band.
6, based on the requirement of LTE base station wide band and miniaturization, a kind of 24 8 unit array antenna is designed. The dual polarized antenna array with dual polarized antenna array has a common operating band of 1.8GHz-2.87GHz. The experimental results show that the dual polarized array antenna has good performance signifier.
