海杂波的建模以及其背景下的目标识别

【摘要】:海杂波中的目标检测在海面的监控中非常重要,同时也是雷达信号处理中最复杂的问题之一。由于海杂波呈现的非高斯性,长时相关性,都严重影响了海上目标尤其低速小目标的检测。由于海上低速小目标检测在军事上有重要的应用,因此,一直成为雷达技术领域研究的热点。 本文对海杂波的统计特性进行分析,建立海杂波分布模型,后向散射系数模型、概率分布模型、功率谱模型,然后根据这些模型仿真产生与海杂波分布特性一致的仿真序列。 介绍国内外海杂波研究现状的同时,作者分析了海杂波的多普勒谱特性,给出了基于短时平均功率的时域低速小目标检测算法和基于多普勒质心的频域低速小目标检测检测算法,经过IPIX雷达的实测数据验证,,证明了算法具有广泛的适用范围和较好的检测效果,并且两种算法的具有一定的互补性,因此本论文中融合两种算法,得到了一种稳健的低速小目标检测检测算法,利用IPIX雷达的实测数据验证了本算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Target detection in sea clutter is very important in sea surface monitoring, and it is also one of the most complex problems in radar signal processing. Because of the non-Gao Si and long-term correlation of sea clutter, the detection of marine targets, especially low speed and small targets, is seriously affected. Because of the important military application of low speed small target detection at sea, it has been a hot spot in the field of radar technology. In this paper, the statistical characteristics of sea clutter are analyzed, and the models of sea clutter distribution, backscattering coefficient, probability distribution and power spectrum are established, and then the simulation sequences consistent with the distribution characteristics of sea clutter are generated according to these models. The present situation of sea clutter research at home and abroad is introduced, and the Doppler spectrum characteristics of sea clutter are analyzed. The low speed small target detection algorithm in time domain based on short time average power and the low speed small target detection algorithm in frequency domain based on Doppler centroid are presented, which are verified by the measured data of IPIX radar. It is proved that the algorithm has a wide range of application and good detection effect, and the two algorithms are complementary to each other. Therefore, a robust low speed and small target detection algorithm is obtained by combining the two algorithms in this paper. The validity of this algorithm is verified by the measured data of IPIX radar.
