白光LED室内可见光通信系统研究

【摘要】:白光LED以其体积小、价格低、无电磁辐射和无污染等优点在生活中发挥着重要作用。因此采用白光LED作为室内光通信的光源是一个可行又新奇的思路,引起了越来越多研究人员的关注。本文首先提出采用白光LED作为室内可见光通信光源的思路,即白光LED室内可见光通信,并与红外光通信和射频通信进行对比。然后分析了白光LED可见光通信的应用领域和目前室内白光LED通信技术的研究趋势。最后我们详细的整理了国内外相关的文献,掌握了国内外的发展现状。通过详细的分析白光LED的发光原理及工作特性,确定采用光强度调制-直接探测的方案来实现白光LED室内可见光通信系统。本室内白光LED可见光通信系统包括发射机和接收机两部分。采用FPGA实现基带数字信号的OFDM调制,数模转换器将OFDM调制信号转换为模拟信号,通过LED驱动电路转变为电流信号加载在白光LED上,使白光LED的光强度随着电流信号的变化而线性变化,完成了电光转换过程,这就是发射机的功能;接收机用来实现光电转换,即信号的解调,包括光电检测电路模块、后置放大电路模块和低通滤波器设计、模数转换模块。其中,光电检测电路模块实现光信号转换为电流信号,后置放大电路将电流转换为电压并放大,低通滤波电路滤除电压信号中的毛刺和噪声。总之,白光LED室内可见光通信系统就是实现电-光-电的转换过程。文章最后将发射机电路和接收机电路的各个模块分别集成到单板上,对各个模块进行分析和调试,并对发射机和接收机进行整体的调试,验证了采用白光LED实现光通信是一个正确的思路。
[Abstract]:White LED plays an important role in life because of its small size, low price, no electromagnetic radiation and no pollution. Therefore, using white LED as a light source for indoor optical communication is a feasible and novel idea, which has attracted more and more researchers' attention. In this paper, the idea of using white LED as the light source of indoor visible light communication, namely, white light LED indoor visible light communication, is put forward, and compared with infrared light communication and radio frequency communication. Then, the application field of white LED visible light communication and the research trend of indoor white light LED communication technology are analyzed. Finally, we collate the relevant literature at home and abroad in detail, grasp the current situation of development at home and abroad. Based on the detailed analysis of the luminescence principle and working characteristics of white LED, the scheme of light intensity modulation-direct detection is adopted to realize the visible light communication system in white light LED. The indoor white LED visible light communication system consists of transmitter and receiver. The OFDM modulation of baseband digital signal is realized by FPGA, and the OFDM modulation signal is converted into analog signal by digital-to-analog converter, and the current signal is changed into current signal by LED driving circuit, which is loaded on white light LED. The light intensity of white light LED changes linearly with the change of current signal, which completes the process of electro-optic conversion, which is the function of transmitter, and the receiver is used to realize photoelectric conversion, that is, demodulation of signal, including the module of photoelectric detection circuit. Post amplifier circuit module and low-pass filter design, A-D conversion module. The photoelectric detection circuit module converts the optical signal to the current signal, the post-amplifier circuit converts the current to the voltage and amplifies the current, and the low-pass filter circuit filters the burr and noise in the voltage signal. In a word, the white light LED indoor visible light communication system is to realize the electric-optical-electric conversion process. Finally, each module of transmitter circuit and receiver circuit is integrated into single board, each module is analyzed and debugged, and the transmitter and receiver are debugged as a whole. It is verified that using white LED to realize optical communication is a correct idea.
