TFT-LCD工厂能源消费结构及用能特点分析

【摘要】:TFT-LCD工厂具有投资高、建筑体量大、能源消耗量大的特点。为了在工厂设计、建设、运营阶段有的放矢地做好节能降耗工作,针对重点耗能工序、耗能设备以及影响能耗的关键因素,采取科学、合理、可行的节能措施和节能工程,从而达到更好的节能效果。本文对TFT-LCD工厂能源消耗种类、能源消费结构及能源分布特点、主要能源加工转换过程中的能量平衡、能效指标等进行了研究分析。总结我院多年来完成的同类项目经验数据,通过层次分析法、能量平衡分析方法、标准对照方法等对主要用能体系及用能特点进行深入剖析。分析结果表明,电力是TFT-LCD项目消耗量最大的能源,约占全厂综合能耗的75%以上,其中工艺生产设备电力消耗约占全厂用电的45%~50%,阵列为最主要的工艺耗能工序,厂务系统中冷水机组等动力设备是主要耗能设备;氮气是消耗量最大的耗能工质,约占全厂综合能耗的20%。能源消费结构及用能特点基本符合此类工厂实际运行特点,对TFT-LCD面板项目节能具有较高的指导价值。
[Abstract]:TFT-LCD plant has the characteristics of high investment, large building volume and large energy consumption. In order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in the stage of plant design, construction and operation, scientific, reasonable and feasible energy saving measures and energy saving projects should be taken in view of key energy consumption processes, energy consumption equipment and key factors affecting energy consumption. In order to achieve a better energy-saving effect. In this paper, the types of energy consumption, the structure of energy consumption and the characteristics of energy distribution, the energy balance in the process of main energy processing and conversion, and the energy efficiency index in TFT-LCD plant are studied and analyzed. This paper summarizes the experience data of the similar projects completed in our hospital for many years, and deeply analyzes the main energy use systems and the characteristics of energy use through the analytic hierarchy process, the energy balance analysis method, the standard contrast method and so on. The results show that electric power is the largest energy consumption in TFT-LCD project, which accounts for more than 75% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant. The electric power consumption of process production equipment accounts for 45% of the total power consumption in the whole plant, and the array is the most important process of process energy consumption. Power equipment such as chillers is the main energy consuming equipment in the plant management system, and nitrogen is the most consumed working medium, accounting for about 20% of the total energy consumption of the plant. The energy consumption structure and energy use characteristics basically accord with the actual operation characteristics of this kind of factory, which has a high guiding value for the energy saving of TFT-LCD panel project.
