与通信技术发展全程链接的课程协同开发和实施机制创新

【摘要】:项目组依托国家示范院校通信技术重点建设专业项目与国家社会科学基金"十一五"规划等教改课题,依据工作过程系统化课程开发理论,通过组建"企业学院"和"校企联盟",创新了基于全程技术跟进的"533"课程协同开发机制和基于全程职业模拟的"五步转换"课程实施机制。该机制以校企合作平台为基础,围绕职教课程开发与实施核心环节,通过培养目标与行业需求、课程标准与行业标准、课程资源与企业资源、课程内容与工程项目、课程实施与工作过程、课程考核与资格认证等六个层面的全程链接,校企协同,解决了目前职业教育普遍存在的课程标准与职业能力要求、课程内容与行业快速发展、课程资源与理实一体教学、课程实施与教学改革取向等四个"脱节"问题。
[Abstract]:The project team relies on the key construction projects of communication technology in the national demonstration colleges and educational reform topics such as the 11th Five-Year Plan of the National Social Science Fund, and according to the theory of systematic curriculum development in the working process, By setting up "Enterprise College" and "School-Enterprise Alliance", this paper innovates the cooperative development mechanism of "533" course based on full process technology follow-up and the implementation mechanism of "five-step transformation" course based on full-process vocational simulation. The mechanism is based on the cooperation platform of school and enterprise, and revolves around the core links of curriculum development and implementation of vocational education, through training objectives and industry needs, curriculum standards and industry standards, curriculum resources and enterprise resources, curriculum contents and engineering projects. The course implementation and working process, the whole course link of curriculum examination and qualification certification, the cooperation of school and enterprise, have solved the curriculum standard and vocational ability requirement of the present vocational education, the curriculum content and the profession rapid development, the course content and the profession rapid development, the curriculum implementation and the work process, and so on, There are four "disjointions" between curriculum resources and practical teaching, curriculum implementation and teaching reform.
