网络数据的可视化研究与实现

【摘要】:近些年来,随着互联网与物联网的融合,将物联网系统采集的海量数据通过基于不可靠的IP互联网进行传输,带来了网络数据的高速增长,不断增长的网络数据对数据可视化提出了新的挑战。如何对大量的网络数据进行可视化,从而发现其中的规律、挖掘出隐含的信息,如何更好地利用服务器资源、网络资源实现网络数据的快速、高效、可交互式可视化是网络数据可视化过程中急需解决的问题。 本文首先研究了现有的可视化技术和方法,然后分析了网络数据的特点及其可视化过程的难点——数据量大,不易于存储、传输、显示,并针对其特点和难点提出了一种网络数据快速、高效、交互性强的可视化方案。该方案将网络数据的可视化过程分为数据的查询和初步预处理、数据的传输、显示前预处理、映射和显示、互交这五个步骤。该方案的主要思路是,首先利用服务器强大的数据处理能力完成对网络数据的筛选和预处理,然后利用Web Service技术将网络数据从服务器经过网络传输到客户端,客户端在接收到数据后,对数据进行显示前预处理,再利用可视化控件实现数据的映射和显示,并且将交互技术运用到可视化系统中,增强系统的可交互、提升用户体验。最后,将该方案运用于科研项目——桥梁安全运行远程智能监测系统中,实现了对系统中的大量传感器监测数据快速、高效、可交互式可视化,验证了该方案的可行性。 论文提出了一种网络数据远程交互式可视化方案,实现对网络数据的快速、高效、可交互式可视化。同时,该解决方案具有较强的可扩展性,可以用于各类网络数据的可视化系统中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the integration of the Internet of things and the Internet of things, the massive data collected by the Internet of things system is transmitted through the unreliable IP Internet, which brings the rapid growth of network data. The growing network data presents a new challenge to data visualization. How to visualize a large number of network data, thus discover the rules, dig out the hidden information, how to make better use of server resources, network resources to achieve the rapid and efficient network data, Interactive visualization is an urgent problem in the process of network data visualization. This paper first studies the existing visualization techniques and methods, then analyzes the characteristics of the network data and the difficulties in the visualization process-large amount of data, difficult to store, transfer, display, According to its characteristics and difficulties, a fast, efficient and interactive visualization scheme of network data is proposed. In this scheme, the visualization process of network data is divided into five steps: data query and preliminary preprocessing, data transmission, pre-display preprocessing, mapping and display, and intersecting. The main idea of this scheme is to use the powerful data processing ability of the server to filter and preprocess the network data, and then to transfer the network data from the server to the client by using Web Service technology. After receiving the data, the client preprocesses the data before display, then uses the visual control to realize the data mapping and display, and applies the interactive technology to the visualization system to enhance the interactivity of the system and enhance the user experience. Finally, the scheme is applied to the remote intelligent monitoring system for bridge safety operation, which realizes the fast, efficient and interactive visualization of a large number of sensor monitoring data in the system, and verifies the feasibility of the scheme. In this paper, a remote interactive visualization scheme of network data is proposed, which can realize fast, efficient and interactive visualization of network data. At the same time, the solution is extensible and can be used in the visualization system of all kinds of network data.
