集成WIFI电路的无线AP设备设计

【摘要】:作为现代通讯重要组成部分的无线通讯,随着科学技术和社会经济的发展,已经走入了千家万户,并逐渐为广大民众所熟知。 本文介绍了一款集成WIFI电路的已商用量产化WLAN室外AP产品的设计和研发过程。并对这款大规模商用产品可测试性和可制造性做了一定的探讨。针对该产品的市场端需求,即需要满足运营商选型测试要求,给出了相应的产品特点,性能介绍及测试数据。 在本文中,介绍了大功率WLAN电路的设计思路,器件选型方式和匹配调试的方法,对大功率的WLAN电路的设计应用思路进行了详尽的阐述。对于现代通讯设备节能环保型的电源架构设计,本文也有着详细的介绍和描述,并通过具体设计实例对标准802.3at电路和高效率二次电源电路的系统架构设计和详细设计进行了具体分析和研究。目前,该研究成果已产品化并大规模商用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern communication, wireless communication, with the development of science and technology and social economy, has entered thousands of households, and is gradually known by the general public. This paper introduces the design and development of a commercial WLAN outdoor AP integrated with WIFI circuit. The testability and manufacturability of this large-scale commercial product are also discussed. According to the market demand of the product, that is, to meet the test requirements of operator selection, the characteristics of the product, performance introduction and test data are given. In this paper, the design idea, device selection method and matching debugging method of high-power WLAN circuit are introduced, and the design and application of high-power WLAN circuit are described in detail. For the modern communication equipment energy-saving and environment-friendly power architecture design, this paper also has a detailed introduction and description. The system architecture design and detailed design of standard 802.3at circuit and high efficiency secondary power supply circuit are analyzed and studied through concrete design examples. At present, the research results have been produced and large-scale commercial.
