基于单片机的室内无线环境监测系统设计与应用

【摘要】:我们知道温湿度和有害气体浓度是标定环境不可或缺的参数,对其准确的测量具有重要意义。本系统是针对人们的长期居住场所或者工作场所的室内空气质量而设计的。 本文以室内环境监测为背景,设计出以STC12C5A60S2低功耗单片机为主芯片的无线环境监测系统。系统包括三个模块:第一是数据采集模块,其主要包括两个内容,温湿度采集和甲醛浓度采集。温湿度的测量采用数字式温湿度传感器DHT21,单总线输出40位数字量给单片机,经过数据处理,通过SPI接口传输给无线发送模块后将数据发送出去。甲醛浓度测量采用MS1100传感器,MS1100采集模拟信号输出送入STC12C5A60S2,单片机进行模数转换,经数据处理后得到数字量测量值。 第二是无线传输模块,传输模块有两个内容:数据采集模块的传输数据和数据接收模块的接收数据。两个模块都是采用NordicVLSI公司推出的单片机射频收发器nRF905作为主控芯片。nRF905具有接收发功能合一的特性,经软件编程,根据需要可实现其接收发的功能。 第三是数据处理显示模块,其主要内容是接收模块经nRF905将数据接收,并传给接收模块处理器,STC12C5A60S2处理数据后送显示。显示模块是由1602LCD液晶来完成,实时显示出温湿度和甲醛浓度的值。同时本模块还加入了报警模块,当温湿度值和甲醛浓度值超过标准值时,蜂鸣器报警以提醒人们采取必要的措施,避免空气污染对人体产生危害。 本系统软件设计采用C语言编写,完成室内温湿度和甲醛浓度的测量,并实时显示出来。系统性能指标:温度测量范围-40~80℃,精度为±0.5℃;湿度测量范围0~100%RH,精度为±3%RH;分辨率为0.1;本系统体积小、低功耗,可进行远距离数据无线通信,工程造价成本低,可靠性高。很适合室内环境参数的监测,,有很好的市场应用前景。

The third is the data processing and display module, whose main content is that the receiving module receives the data through nRF905 and passes it to the receiving module processor, and the STC12C5A60S2 processes the data to send the display. The display module is completed by 1602LCD liquid crystal, showing the value of temperature, humidity and formaldehyde concentration in real time. At the same time, the alarm module is added in this module. When the temperature and humidity value and formaldehyde concentration value exceed the standard value, the buzzer alarm is used to remind people to take necessary measures to avoid the harm of air pollution to human body.
