短波频率预测及指配系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:短波通信是无线电通信的一种,它利用频率在3~30MHz(波长为100~10m)范围内的电磁波进行通信;具有通信距离远、不易被摧毁等特点,是特定用户远程通信的主要手段。短波频率资源非常有限,而且容易受到电离层变化的影响,因此在短波通信中需要对频率进行合理的预测和指配。目前国内外成型的软件产品主要针对短波频率进行预测,未实现频率的指配。本文则基于此背景,开发出了一套适合特定用户的短波频率预测及指配系统。本文根据特定用户实际需求,针对其用频设备数量多,分布集中的特点,搭建实用的频率预测和指配模型,并以此为基础开发出短波频率预测及指配系统。主要研究内容及成果为:1.以国际电联传播模型(ITU-RP.1239、ITU-RP.1240)为主建立了实用的短波预测模型,并对可供使用的最佳频段进行EMC分析和电磁环境测试分析,在预测的基础上建立短波频率指配模型。弥补了国内外同类课题只能进行短波频率预测,而未合理进行频率指配的缺陷。2.根据短波频率预测模型和指配模型,采用C/S体系结构、VC++开发平台、数据库设计技术,设计实现了基于短波频率预测的频率指配系统。系统分为短波频率预测与指配、频率资源管理、系统管理三大功能模块。其中,短波频率预测与指配功能模块以向导的方式引导用户分步进行短波频率的预测和指配,最终以短波联络文件的形式确定频率指配方案,供用户查看和共享;频率资源管理和系统管理功能模块作为支撑模块完成了短波频率资源、用户权限及其它数据信息的管理和维护。系统通过了测试和验证,各项功能和性能达到预期要求。目前已提交用户试用,试用结果表明该系统实用性强、稳定性高;能够有效改善短波通信效果,满足特定用户的远距离通信需求。为满足用户不断增长的需求,下一步会在该系统中实现台站数据和用频设备数据的管理和维护;并积极研究该系统与用户频率管理一体化系统的数据融合,提高软件兼容性。
[Abstract]:Shortwave communication is a kind of radio communication, which uses electromagnetic wave in the range of 3~30MHz (wavelength 100m). It has the characteristics of long communication distance and is not easy to be destroyed. It is the main means of remote communication for specific users. Shortwave frequency resources are very limited and vulnerable to ionospheric changes, so it is necessary to reasonably predict and assign the frequency in HF communication. At present, the domestic and foreign moulded software products mainly predict the short wave frequency, but do not realize the frequency assignment. Based on this background, a short wave frequency prediction and assignment system is developed. In this paper, according to the actual needs of specific users, a practical frequency prediction and assignment model is built according to the characteristics of a large number of frequency-using equipment and concentrated distribution, and a short-wave frequency prediction and assignment system is developed on the basis of this model. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1. Based on the ITU propagation model (ITU-RP.1239,ITU-RP.1240), a practical shortwave prediction model is established, and EMC analysis and electromagnetic environment test analysis are carried out for the best frequency band available for use. A short wave frequency assignment model is established on the basis of prediction. It makes up for the defect that the same subject at home and abroad can only predict the frequency of short wave, but do not assign the frequency reasonably. 2. According to the short wave frequency prediction model and assignment model, a frequency assignment system based on short wave frequency prediction is designed and implemented by using C / S architecture, VC development platform and database design technology. The system is divided into three functional modules: short wave frequency prediction and assignment, frequency resource management and system management. The short wave frequency prediction and assignment function module guides the user to predict and assign the short wave frequency step by step, and finally determines the frequency assignment scheme in the form of the short wave contact file for the user to view and share. The function module of frequency resource management and system management is used as the supporting module to manage and maintain the shortwave frequency resources, user rights and other data information. The system has passed the test and verification, and the functions and performance meet the expected requirements. The trial results show that the system is practical and stable, and it can effectively improve the effect of shortwave communication and meet the requirements of long distance communication for specific users. In order to meet the increasing demand of users, the next step will be to realize the management and maintenance of station data and frequency equipment data in the system, and actively study the data fusion between the system and the user frequency management integration system to improve the software compatibility.
