天气雷达及探空雷达工作状态监控系统设计与开发

【摘要】:天气雷达及探空雷达是气象组织获取大气运动状态的重要手段,近几十年来,随着电子技术和微波技术的进步,雷达技术也获得了前所未有的进步。目前,世界上大多数国家,无论是气象、水文还是地质等有关学科,都在利用雷达拓展研究领域。特别是多普勒雷达的出现,标志着雷达技术水平上了一个新的台阶。多普勒天气雷达在我国的气象部门呈现出迅速扩展应用之态势。气象部门对极端灾害性天气的监测、预报能力,因多普勒雷达的应用显著提升。多普勒雷达部署数量的增多,使得对雷达状态的实时监控,成为气象部门当前的重要一个课题。本文就是以贵州省气象部门多普勒天气雷达、探空雷达的实时状态监测为研究对象而展开的。首先,本文介绍了多普勒天气雷达、探空雷达的工作原理及性能参数,雷达数据采集器及VB开发技术的介绍,引出本文研究的课题:天气雷达与探空雷达工作状态监控系统的研究。其次,本文在第二章节对多普勒天气雷达与探空雷达工作状态监控系统功能需求分析,即软件应该满足用户雷达工作状态监控、预警信息短信发送等需求,这一部分放在论文的第二章,我们将向大家介绍系统雷达和探空雷达的运行状态和数据采集方面的各种有关模块,如监控和预警、统计和维护等。在本章之后我们将随文附上各种相关图例。本课题以研究的是贵州省气象部门已经投入使用的雷达站点为模型,采用的武汉阿米特公司的基于CPII总线技术的雷达状态数据采集卡,已经封装好了数据采集模块,并提供了串口通信开发接口,所以硬件设计在本文中不占重要地位,本系统只要开发相应的串口程序,用在设计部分重点给出了系统类图的开发,系统数据库的设计。在论文的第四章,以大量的系统截图对系统各功能模块的实现做了展示。本论文的三四章主要阐述雷达系统的设计与实现,这部分可以视为本篇文章的主干部分。众所周知,设计高科技的系统都要兼顾软件和硬件。
[Abstract]:Weather radar and sounding radar are important means for meteorological organization to obtain the state of atmospheric motion. In recent decades, with the progress of electronic technology and microwave technology, radar technology has made unprecedented progress. At present, most countries in the world, whether meteorology, hydrology, geology and other related disciplines, are using radar to expand their research fields. Especially the appearance of Doppler radar marks a new step on the level of radar technology. Doppler weather radar (DWR) is widely used in meteorological departments in China. The ability of meteorological departments to monitor and forecast extreme disastrous weather has been greatly improved by the application of Doppler radar. With the increase of Doppler radar deployment, real-time monitoring of radar status has become an important issue in meteorological departments. This paper focuses on the real-time state monitoring of Doppler weather radar and sounding radar in meteorological department of Guizhou province. First of all, this paper introduces the working principle and performance parameters of Doppler weather radar, sounding radar, radar data acquisition and VB development technology. The research of weather radar and sounding radar working state monitoring system is introduced in this paper. Secondly, in the second chapter, the paper analyzes the functional requirements of Doppler weather radar and sounding radar working state monitoring system, that is, the software should meet the needs of user radar working state monitoring, early warning information short message sending and so on. This part is in the second chapter of the thesis, we will introduce the system radar and sounding radar operating state and data acquisition of various modules, such as monitoring and early warning, statistics and maintenance, and so on. We will attach various relevant legends after this chapter. Taking the radar station that has been put into use by the Meteorological Department of Guizhou Province as a model, the radar state data acquisition card of Wuhan Ammett Company based on CPII bus technology has been encapsulated and the data acquisition module has been encapsulated. And provides the serial port communication development interface, so the hardware design does not occupy the important position in this article, this system only needs to develop the corresponding serial port program, uses in the design part to give the system class diagram development, the system database design. In the fourth chapter, a large number of system screenshots are used to show the realization of each function module of the system. The design and implementation of radar system are discussed in three or four chapters, which can be regarded as the backbone of this paper. It is well known that high-tech systems are designed with both software and hardware.
