基于WSN和视频识别技术的出租车防伪稽查系统

【摘要】：交通行业在国民经济发展中有着重要的地位,而出租车行业作为交通行业一重要成员,同样承担着重要的经济及民生任务。然而,目前出租车市场中存在的非法营运情况,假出租车非法运营的情况屡见不鲜,出租车的运营管理上凸现了许多新的问题,单一的通过车牌来认证出租车真伪的方式已经难以达到有效管理的目的。为此,我们需要探索出更为有效、快捷的出租车防伪方法。本文总结和分析现有的出租车防伪技术的基础上,分析目前出租车防伪的现状和需求,探索研究WSN技术和视频识别技术在出租车防伪领域的应用,提出更为有效、快捷的出租车防伪方法。利用目前较为成熟的RFID技术对出租车身份进行唯一性标识,视频识别对出租车颜色及车牌进行识别,通过Zigbee短程通讯技术构建无线传感器网络,实现对读取的出租车信息进行实时传输,根据对出租车身份信息及视频获取的车牌、颜色进行实时比对,从而辨别出租车真伪。基于WSN和视频识别技术的出租车防伪稽查系统(下文简称“出租车防伪系统”),有助于形成较为完整和规范的出租车营运市场监管体系,加强打击出租车非法营运的力度,大幅提高出租车营运市场的规范化水平。

The taxi anti-counterfeiting inspection system based on WSN and video recognition technology (hereinafter referred to as "taxi anti-counterfeiting system") will help to form a more complete and standardized taxi operation market supervision system and strengthen the efforts to crack down on taxi illegal operation.
