无线传感器网络温室监测系统的设计及数据融合算法的研究

【摘要】:随着传感器技术、通信技术及计算机技术的发展,无线传感器网络和多传感器数据融合已经成为科学研究领域的热点,并在农业等诸多领域得到广泛应用。在温室农业生产过程中,多种环境因素共同影响农作物的生长。根据温室生产的需要,本文设计了无线传感器网络温室监测系统,并针对采集数据的特点做了数据融合算法的研究。论文研究的主要内容如下: 1)本文提出了无线传感器网络温室监测系统的设计方案,并在此基础上搭建了系统的总体架构。从节点设计的需求出发,通过对常用的几种短距离无线通讯技术进行分析比较,采用ZIGBEE技术完成传感器节点数据传输网络的设计。根据温室现场的需要,使用3G网络完成数据从汇聚节点到服务器的传输及监测视频传输。 2)为了实现农业资源信息共享以及温室的远程监测,设计开发了基于B/S结构的温室远程综合服务网。采用了Struts体系结构和SQL Server数据库。使用JSTL完成历史数据的分页显示,采用FLOT实现了数据曲线图的展示。实时视频监控运用内嵌ActiveX控件的方式,同时设计了摄像头云台控制模块。 3)阐明了进行数据融合处理的必要性。提出将改进的卡尔曼滤波算法用于温室监测。从网页上调用该算法函数对提取出的数据进行融合处理,将处理的结果存入数据库并送到页面显示。 4)对系统的实际运行情况进行了测试及展示。通过浏览器远程访问,实现了在线查询环境参数并以图表形式展示,完成实时视频监控,并能远程对摄像头进行调节。
[Abstract]:With the development of sensor technology, communication technology and computer technology, wireless sensor network and multi-sensor data fusion has become a hot spot in the field of scientific research, and has been widely used in many fields such as agriculture. In greenhouse agricultural production process, a variety of environmental factors affect the growth of crops. According to the need of greenhouse production, this paper designs the greenhouse monitoring system of wireless sensor network, and makes the research of data fusion algorithm according to the characteristics of collected data. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the design scheme of the greenhouse monitoring system for wireless sensor networks is proposed, and the overall architecture of the system is built. According to the demand of node design, the design of sensor node data transmission network is completed by using ZIGBEE technology through the analysis and comparison of several commonly used short-range wireless communication technologies. According to the needs of greenhouse, 3G network is used to transmit data from convergence node to server and monitor video transmission. 2) in order to realize information sharing of agricultural resources and remote monitoring of greenhouse, a remote integrated service network of greenhouse based on B / S structure is designed and developed. Struts architecture and SQL Server database are adopted. The pagination display of historical data is completed by JSTL, and the display of data graph is realized by FLOT. Real-time video surveillance uses embedded ActiveX control method, and designs the control module of camera cloud head at the same time. 3) the necessity of data fusion is expounded. An improved Kalman filter algorithm is proposed for greenhouse monitoring. The algorithm function is called from the web page to fuse the extracted data, and the processed results are stored in the database and sent to the page for display. 4) the actual operation of the system is tested and displayed. Through the remote access of the browser, the environment parameters can be queried online and displayed in the form of charts, the real-time video monitoring can be completed, and the camera can be adjusted remotely.
