锦州联通GSM网络优化中的KPI分析

【摘要】:随着科技的发展进步,人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对移动网络的服务质量也有了越来越高的要求。现在人们对运营商的服务不再仅仅是局限于可以通话,还要求通话质量有所保证。尤其随着运营商的数量的增多,竞争环境压力的增大,就要求各大运营商保证自己的网络有更好的质量。要保证网络通信的质量,不能一味地扩建基站达到目的,而是要有良好的网络优化团队和技术,对建设后的网络设备进行维护和检修,才能真正保证在最小的投入,得到最大的利益,同时还能保证用户通话的感知度。对通信网络的优化不是一项简单的事情,而是需要有大量的工程经验和项目经验,在大量具备优化知识的基础上,对网络的各项参数有所了解,才能真正的胜任一个优化的工作。 为了提高锦州联通的网络通信质量,本文对锦州市的联通GSM网络的优化提出了KPI分析方法,并且实施了优化方案,对这个网络进行了优化,得到了很好的效果。本文首先详细地介绍了课题的背景及意义,简要地阐述了无线网络的优化方法,即KPI分析方法,在第二章中重点介绍了GSM网络的通信业务流程,对GSM网络的业务流程有了深刻的了解,才能真正对其优化有所掌握。因为优化是一件复杂的工作,只有对网络的基本知识了解了,才能真正将优化做好。对网络的信息的了解有时甚至还要包括基站的地理信息。在这一章中,还重点介绍了KPI分析方法,包括KPI分析方法的统计原理和分析思路,还给出了GSM网络中常用的KPI指标。本文中的第三部分介绍了锦州联通GSM网络的现状,包括位于白楼、北镇二中、公安局、基建大修段及凌河新区5个县区级的基站以及市区的基站,共6个基站的现状,并给出了这些基站的GSM网络当前的KPI指标状况。在作者路测和KPI分析工作的过程中,发现了一些现存网络的问题。最后的部分,本文通过对锦州GSM网络的KPI指标分析,并根据每个基站的具体现状、问题,结合科学的方法,分析了KPI指标在实际无线网络优化中的作用,通过对这6个基站的网络KPI指标的分析,提出了每个基站相应的、符合实际的优化方案,并通过实施这些提出来的优化方案,最后通过检测新的KPI指标,和原始的KPI指标进行对比分析,验证了方案的优化结果。 在KPI分析的优化的过程中,本文重点分析了通话信道的掉话率、信道的拥塞率、SDCCH拥塞率、网络接通率、小区之间的切换问题和干扰问题等指标,对这些指标进行了深入地研究和分析,提出了解决这些问题的方案和具体的处理问题的方法。本文通过对锦州GSM网络的现有基站的优化问题的分析,得到最后结论,通过分析KPI指标,我们可以从现有网络中全面地监控当前无线网络的运行状况,及时地发现网络中存在异常问题的基站或者区域,从而快速地发现问题和最终有效地解决问题。这样就能保证整个网络能够安全、有效地为客户提供高质量的通信服务。最终,,能够使得锦州地区的联通用户感到满意,对提高该地区的客户口碑和信誉度有良好的帮助。 最后,本文对论文工作提出了总结与展望,提出了今后工作中,KPI分析方法的工作重点,以及可以将其应用到3G网络和4G网络中去。为锦州市联通的网络优化工作提供可靠的依据。

In order to improve the network communication quality of Jinzhou Unicom, this paper put forward the KPI analysis method for the optimization of the communication GSM network in Jinzhou, and implemented the optimization scheme to optimize the network and get a good effect.
