基于半导体环形激光器的混沌保密光通信的理论研究

【摘要】:在当前软件加密通信技术保密性能岌岌可危,量子光通信技术还远未成熟的情况下,消费者迫切需要新的保密通信技术来满足信息化时代日益增长的保密需求,混沌光通信以其高保密性、高带宽和低成本等一系列优点引起科研工作者的关注。半导体环形激光器天生具有丰富的动力学特性,体积小,功耗低,便于集成,是集成光通信光源的理想选择。本文结合半导体环形激光器的优势于混沌保密光通信中,试图建立一套基于半导体环形激光器的混沌保密光通信系统,并从数值仿真角度出发,实现该系统的混沌光通信,并探究Langevin噪声对混沌通信系统的影响。基于上述目的,本文主要做了以下几个方面的研究工作:成功搭建基于半导体环形激光器的混沌保密光通信系统模型是本课题能够开题的关键前提,系统选用混沌掩蔽编码技术,通过一般同步,利用Q值评价通信质量及保密性能。在保证良好的通信质量以及保密性能的前提下,调制深度固定为4%时的最大通信速率为2.38Gbps。本文研究了Manchester码调制下的混沌保密光通信系统的工作情况,发现相对于普通的NRZ码调制,Manchester码调制的混沌光通信系统具有更优异的通信质量和保密性能,另外,考虑到Manchester码具有NRZ码无法比拟的优势,如无直流波,用上升沿、下降沿表示二进制码,定时信号容易获取,充分利用混沌波高带宽的特性以增强保密性等优秀性能,本文得出结论:Manchester码更适合于混沌保密光通信系统。本文的另一个研究点为Langevin噪声对混沌保密通信系统的影响,出于数值仿真的目的,需要合适的数值算法来解带噪声的通信系统模型,通过选择比较,文章在Heun算法的基础上,利用三次Hermite插值算法获取延时项,得到此系统的解。本文分别探究Langevin噪声对带反馈结构的环形激光器的混沌输出、混沌同步以及混沌通信的影响,文章发现Langevin噪声会影响激光器的输出,混沌波在某种程度上趋于随机噪声变化且混沌吸引子会变得不光滑,如果逐渐放大噪声项,这种变化会越来越明显;由于混沌通信系统采用一般同步,同步注入锁定效应使得Langevin噪声无法对混沌同步施加影响;由于Langevin噪声相对于信息信号具有可比性,因此能够在不影响同步性能的前提下降低混沌光通信的通信质量。
[Abstract]:At present, the security performance of software encryption communication technology is in jeopardy, and quantum optical communication technology is far from mature. Consumers urgently need new secure communication technology to meet the growing confidentiality demand in the information age. Chaotic optical communication has attracted the attention of researchers because of its high confidentiality, high bandwidth and low cost. Semiconductor ring laser is an ideal choice for integrated optical communication light source because of its rich dynamic characteristics, small size, low power consumption and easy integration. Based on the advantages of semiconductor ring laser in chaotic secure optical communication, this paper attempts to establish a chaotic secure optical communication system based on semiconductor ring laser. From the point of view of numerical simulation, the chaotic optical communication of the system is realized, and the influence of Langevin noise on chaotic communication system is discussed. For the above purposes, this paper mainly does the following research work: the successful construction of chaotic secure optical communication system model based on semiconductor ring laser is the key premise of this topic, the system selects chaotic masking coding technology, through general synchronization, using Q value to evaluate communication quality and confidentiality performance. On the premise of ensuring good communication quality and security performance, the maximum communication rate is 2.38 Gbps when the modulation depth is fixed at 4%. In this paper, the working situation of chaotic secure optical communication system under NRZ code modulation is studied. It is found that compared with ordinary NRZ code modulation, Manchester code modulation chaotic optical communication system has better communication quality and security performance. In addition, considering that Manchester code has incomparable advantages over code, such as no DC wave, rising edge and descending edge to represent binary code, timing signal is easy to obtain. Making full use of the characteristics of chaotic wave high bandwidth to enhance confidentiality and other excellent performance, this paper draws the conclusion that Manchester code is more suitable for chaotic secure optical communication system. Another research point of this paper is the influence of Langevin noise on chaotic secure communication system. For the purpose of numerical simulation, appropriate numerical algorithm is needed to solve the communication system model with noise. through selection and comparison, the delay term is obtained by using cubic Hermite interpolation algorithm on the basis of Heun algorithm, and the solution of the system is obtained. In this paper, the effects of Langevin noise on chaotic output, chaotic synchronization and chaotic communication of ring laser with feedback structure are investigated respectively. it is found that Langevin noise will affect the output of laser. To some extent, chaotic wave tends to change random noise and chaotic attractor will become unsmooth. if the noise term is magnified gradually, the change will be more and more obvious. Because the chaotic communication system adopts general synchronization, the synchronization injection locking effect makes the Langevin noise unable to influence the chaotic synchronization, and because the Langevin noise is comparable to the information signal, the communication quality of chaotic optical communication can be reduced without affecting the synchronization performance.
