【摘要】:针对无反馈互耦合垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)系统的混沌输出不能同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽的问题,通过对无反馈互耦合VCSELs系统中的一个激光器增加外反馈,数值分析了单端反馈互耦合VCSELs混沌输出的时延特征和带宽。结果表明,反馈强度、频率失谐和互耦合强度影响单端反馈互耦合VCSELs混沌输出的时延特征和带宽。有反馈端激光器不能同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽,无反馈端激光器可以在合适的互耦合强度和频率失谐参数区间内同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽。改变反馈强度不影响无反馈端激光器实现时延特征隐藏质量和带宽,但会影响无反馈端激光器同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽的频率失谐区域位置,且增大反馈强度时频率失谐区域位置整体向负失谐区域移动。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the chaotic output of the VCSELs (Vertical cavity Surface emitting Laser) system without feedback coupling can not realize the delay feature concealment and bandwidth broadening at the same time. By adding external feedback to a laser in a non-feedback cross-coupled VCSELs system, the delay characteristics and bandwidth of single-end feedback cross-coupled VCSELs chaotic output are numerically analyzed. Feedback intensity, frequency detuning and mutual coupling intensity affect the delay characteristics and bandwidth of single-ended feedback cross-coupled VCSELs chaotic output. The feedback end laser can not simultaneously realize delay feature hiding and bandwidth broadening. Non-feedback end lasers can simultaneously realize delay feature concealment and bandwidth broadening in the appropriate range of mutual coupling intensity and frequency detuning parameters. Changing feedback intensity does not affect the quality of delay characteristic concealment in non-feedback end lasers. And bandwidth. But it will affect the position of frequency detuning region which can realize delay characteristic concealment and bandwidth widening at the same time, and move the position of frequency detuning region to negative detuning region when feedback intensity is increased.
