【摘要】:为了了解气体黏度对干气密封等气体润滑机构性能的影响,在高压条件下,气体黏度与气体温度和压力均有关系.文中以氮气作为研究对象,以AP1700物质物性平台数据库作为数据源,采用数学软件用最小二乘法拟合出黏-温、黏-压、黏-温-压3种关系式.将拟合关系式与美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)数据库、中国国家标准《热交换器》(GB/T 151—2014)附录中给出的气体黏度值、BOOSER编著的《摩擦数据手册》中提供的气体黏度计算值和Lucas经典方程计算数据进行对比.结果发现:文中拟合得到的关系式具有较高精确度,可以作为气体黏度与温度和压力变化规律的一种表达式,用于涉及黏-温、黏-压、黏-温-压的黏度计算.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of gas viscosity on the performance of dry gas seal and other gas lubricating mechanism, gas viscosity is related to gas temperature and pressure under high pressure. Taking the AP1700 physical property database as the data source, the mathematical software was used to fit the visco-temperature, visco-pressure with the least square method. Three kinds of viscosis-temperature-pressure relations. The fitting relation is combined with the NIST database of the National Institute of National Standards and Technology (NIST). The gas viscosity values given in the appendix of the Chinese National Standard "Heat Exchanger" (GB / T 151-2014). The calculated value of gas viscosity provided in friction data Manual compiled by BOOSER is compared with the calculated data of classical Lucas equation. The results show that the relationship obtained in this paper has a high accuracy. It can be used as an expression of the variation of gas viscosity with temperature and pressure. It can be used to calculate the viscosity of gas with respect to visco-temperature, visco-pressure and visco-temperature-pressure.
