基于超声组织定征技术的肿瘤热疗无创监测方法研究进展

【摘要】:为归纳总结近年来基于超声组织定征技术的肿瘤热消融无创监测方法,分别阐述了基于超声弹性成像技术和定量超声技术的肿瘤热疗监测方法,对每种方法的监测原理、实验设计、监测结果进行了总结,并讨论了每种方法的适用性和局限性.结果表明:由于受热疗监测的精度、成本、实时性等条件的限制,还没有一种方法能够直接应用到临床上.未来的研究应致力于提出一种能够同时实现术中监测和术后疗效评估、可与现有超声设备相结合、适用于临床的肿瘤热疗定量实时监测方法.
[Abstract]:In order to summarize the noninvasive monitoring methods of tumor thermal ablation based on ultrasonic tissue characterization in recent years, the monitoring methods of tumor hyperthermia based on ultrasonic elastic imaging and quantitative ultrasound were described respectively, and the monitoring principles of each method were discussed. The experimental design and monitoring results are summarized, and the applicability and limitation of each method are discussed. The results show that: due to the limitations of the accuracy, cost and real-time of hyperthermia monitoring, There is no method that can be directly applied to clinical applications. Future research should focus on a combination of intraoperative monitoring and postoperative outcome evaluation, which can be combined with existing ultrasound devices. It is suitable for clinical quantitative and real-time monitoring of tumor hyperthermia.
