激光数控加工逆向工程的风机叶片模块设计

【摘要】:当前风机叶片模块设计过程复杂,性能低下,为此设计激光数控加工逆向工程风机叶片模块。通过简化设计方法对外形设计的基本参数进行确定,获取风速和相应参数之间的关系,依据风机叶片结构要求,通过葛劳渥方法完成初步的气动性能分析与调整,实现激光数控加工逆向工程风机叶片模块外形的设计。确定叶片的初始参数,令风机叶片各截面叶素的输出功率最大。实验结果表明,所设计风机叶片模块压力分布均匀,升力高,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the design process of fan blade module is complicated and the performance is low. For this reason, laser numerical control machining fan blade module is designed. The basic parameters of shape design are determined by simplified design method. The relationship between the wind speed and the corresponding parameters is obtained. According to the structural requirements of the fan blade, the preliminary aerodynamic performance analysis and adjustment are completed by the Grawwood method. The design of the shape of the blade module of reverse engineering fan is realized by laser NC machining. The initial parameters of the blade are determined, and the output power of the blade element of each section of the fan blade is maximum. The experimental results show that the pressure distribution of the fan blade module is uniform. High lift to meet the design requirements.
