点热源触发的超导复合材料低温广义热传导特性分析

【摘要】:本文针对超导材料在低温和跨温区环境下的热传导特性,基于广义热传导理论并考虑超导材料低温下的比热、热导率的温度依赖性,建立了一描述超导复合带材在点热源触发下的非线性热传导模型.采用有限元法进一步求解获得了超导复合带材低温和跨温区环境下的温度场演化特征.研究结果表明:低温下超导复合材料的参数温度依赖性对其温度分布与热传导特性有着显著影响,其随初始环境温度的升高而逐渐减弱;热松弛时间对低温下超导材料的热传导具有显著影响.另外,文中还讨论了超导复合材料不同铜超比对其低温热传导的影响等.
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the generalized theory of heat conduction and considering the temperature dependence of specific heat and thermal conductivity of superconducting materials at low temperature and transthermal region, the thermal conductivity of superconducting materials is studied. A nonlinear heat conduction model for superconducting composite tapes under the trigger of point heat source is established. The evolution characteristics of temperature field in low temperature and cross temperature regions of superconducting composite tapes are obtained by using finite element method. The results show that the temperature dependence of the superconducting composites at low temperature has a significant effect on the temperature distribution and thermal conductivity. The thermal relaxation time has a significant effect on the thermal conductivity of superconducting materials at low temperature. In addition, the effects of different copper superconductivity ratios on the low temperature thermal conductivity of superconducting composites are also discussed.
