基于蓝牙的多路无线测温系统设计和实现

【摘要】:为了解决高速转动物体的温度测量问题,设计了一种基于蓝牙的多路无线测温系统。该系统以热电偶为信号来源,采用AD595和两级放大电路进行信号放大,以Silicon Labs公司研发的C8051F340单片机为控制核心,通过其内部的ADC0子系统完成对温度信号模拟量的采集。使用VC++6.0开发的上位机可以通过蓝牙发送指令给C8051F340,使其执行相应的温度采集动作,并将传回的温度值显示出来。实验结果和在制动器测试机上的应用表明,该无线测温系统范围在0~1 000℃,精度能达±0.3℃,而且系统稳定性好,能很好地满足各种工业温度测量需要,特别是需要无线测温的场合。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the temperature measurement problem of high speed rotating object, a wireless temperature measurement system based on Bluetooth is designed. The system uses thermocouple as the signal source. AD595 and two-stage amplifier circuit are used to amplify the signal. The control core is C8051F340 single-chip microcomputer developed by Silicon Labs Company. Through its internal ADC0 subsystem to complete the temperature signal analog acquisition. The host computer developed with VC 6.0 can send instructions to C8051F340 through Bluetooth. The result of the experiment and the application in the brake test machine show that the wireless temperature measuring system is in the range of 0 ~ 1 000 鈩,
