1300万像素折衍混合手机镜头设计

【摘要】:手机镜头行业正处于高速发展阶段,市场规模和需求不断扩大。随着市场对高像素手机镜头的需求越来越多,各种高像素的设计也应运而生。论文概述了手机镜头的结构原理及手机镜头镀膜方法,讨论了非球面的加工方法及塑料非球面的优缺点和分类。重点讨论了衍射光学元件的成像特性及加工方法,并利用光学设计软件ZEMAX设计出一款1300像素折衍混合式手机镜头。镜头焦距为2.2mm,全视场角70°,F数为2.2,系统总长小于6.7mm。对其进行优化及公差分析,优化后在223lp/mm处0.7视场内MTF值均大于0.36,在446lp/mm处0.7视场内MTF值接近于0.2,相对畸变小于1%,最终得到的设计结果结构合理、像质优良。
[Abstract]:The mobile phone lens industry is in the high speed development stage, the market scale and the demand expands unceasingly. With the market to the high pixel handset lens demand more and more. A variety of high-pixel design has emerged. This paper summarizes the structure of mobile phone lens and the coating method of mobile phone lens. The processing methods of aspheric surfaces and the advantages and disadvantages of plastic aspherical surfaces are discussed, and the imaging characteristics and processing methods of diffractive optical elements are emphatically discussed. A 1300-pixel hybrid lens is designed by using the optical design software ZEMAX. The focal length of the lens is 2.2 mm and the total field of view angle 70 掳F is 2.2. The total length of the system is less than 6.7mm. after optimization and tolerance analysis, the MTF value of the system is more than 0.36 at the point of 223lp / mm. At 446lp / mm, the MTF value is close to 0.2 and the relative distortion is less than 1. The result is reasonable in structure and good in image quality.
