中美移动终端蓝牙技术专利比较及启示

【摘要】：[目的/意义]蓝牙技术自出现以来一直就是移动终端的重要组成部分之一。利用专利比较中美移动终端蓝牙技术,从而为我国该产业的企业提供具有指导意义的专利知识。[方法/过程]通过跨库检索方式从Innojoy专利数据库与DII专利平台获取中美两国在移动终端蓝牙技术方面的专利数据,然后从移动终端蓝牙技术发展总体趋势、专利申请人和发明人、前沿技术领域等角度进行比较分析。[结果/结论]最终结果表明,相对于美国而言,我国涉足该领域较晚,在专利申请上多以硬件研发、蓝牙应用为主。但随着智能化技术的发展,我国移动终端蓝牙技术拥有巨大的发展潜力。因此,在总结专利分析基础上,针对我国该领域专利现状提出合理的发展策略。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] Bluetooth technology has been one of the important components of mobile terminals since its emergence. In order to provide the enterprises of this industry with the instructive patent knowledge. [method / process] access to patent data from Innojoy patent database and DII patent platform from the Innojoy patent database and DII patent platform through cross-database retrieval, and obtain patent data from China and the United States on Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal. Then from the general development trend of Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal, patent applicant and inventor, frontier technology field and so on. [results / conclusion] the final result shows that compared with the United States, our country has been involved in this field relatively late. With the development of intelligent technology, Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal in our country has great development potential. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing patent analysis, According to the current situation of patent in this field in China, a reasonable development strategy is put forward.
