GIS局部放电特高频信号检测系统研究

【摘要】:气体绝缘封闭式组合电气(简称GIS)在电力系统中是关键设备之一,由于其结构紧凑,占地面积少;安装配置灵活方便,工程建设周期短;运行可靠性高等优点使得GIS的应用越来越广泛。但是随着GIS长期带电运行过程中,GIS故障概率有所上升。局部放电故障是GIS发生最常见的故障之一,因此对GIS局部放电检测技术的研究是极为有意义的。目前在电力系统中GIS局部放电检测方法主要有超声波法、化学检测法、脉冲电流法以及特高频法。由于电力系统中电磁干扰以及其他载波干扰越来越严重,超声波检测法与脉冲电流法检测的信号常常被干扰噪声所淹没,因此特高频检测法在GIS局部放电检测中成为了一个研究热点。特高频检测法对特高频传感器的检测精度、灵敏度以及信号处理方法要求比较严格,因此设计一套具有高精度、抗干扰能力强的GIS局部放电检测系统仍具有很重要的意义。针对上述问题,本文设计了具有高精度、抗干扰能力强的GIS局部放电特高频信号检测系统。该系统包括一种用于接收局部放电特高频信号的高精度的Hilbert分形天线、基于分数阶小波包的局放特高频信号去噪方法、信号处理装置以及检测系统软件。本文提出一种参数预估与软件优化相结合的方法对Hilbert分形天线参数进行优化设计,并设计了优化后的Hilbert分形天线。信号处理包括利用SPF5430系列信号放大芯片设计的信号放大器和基于包络检波的信号检波器。以虚拟仪器(LABVIEW)为平台开发了GIS局部放电特高频信号检测系统软件,分别对软件的程序、用户登录、局部放电信号检测模块、历史数据查询模块分别进行了详细的设计。最后,现场调试与安装验证了该系统的有效性与可行性。
[Abstract]:Gas insulated enclosed composite electric (GISs) is one of the key equipment in power system, because of its compact structure, small area, flexible installation, short construction period.The advantages of high reliability make the application of GIS more and more extensive.However, with the long-term live operation of GIS, the probability of failure has increased.Partial discharge (PD) fault is one of the most common faults in GIS, so it is of great significance to study the PD detection technology of GIS.At present, the detection methods of GIS partial discharge in power system include ultrasonic method, chemical method, pulse current method and UHF method.Because of the more and more serious electromagnetic interference and other carrier interference in power system, the signals detected by ultrasonic detection method and pulse current method are often submerged by interference noise.Therefore, UHF detection method in GIS partial discharge detection has become a research hotspot.Ultra-high frequency (UHF) detection method is very strict to the precision, sensitivity and signal processing of UHF sensors, so it is very important to design a set of GIS partial discharge detection system with high precision and strong anti-interference ability.Aiming at the above problems, a GIS PD UHF signal detection system with high precision and strong anti-jamming ability is designed.The system includes a high-precision Hilbert fractal antenna for receiving partial discharge UHF signals, a partial discharge UHF signal denoising method based on fractional wavelet packet, a signal processing device and a detection system software.In this paper, a method combining parameter estimation with software optimization is proposed to optimize the parameters of Hilbert fractal antenna, and the optimized Hilbert fractal antenna is designed.Signal processing includes a signal amplifier based on SPF5430 series signal amplifiers and a signal detector based on envelope detection.Based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW, the software of GIS partial discharge UHF signal detection system is developed. The software program, user login, partial discharge signal detection module and historical data query module are designed in detail.Finally, field debugging and installation verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the system.
