基于情报融合的雷达毁伤效果评估

【摘要】：针对雷达毁伤评估问题,提出了一种基于情报融合的毁伤评估方法。将电子情报引入传统基于图像的毁伤评估方法之中,全面考虑了雷达的图像毁伤量和电子信号毁伤量,从而提高了毁伤评估结果的可靠性。同时,提出了一种基于PAC-SOM的图像变化检测方法,利用图像融合与聚类算法的优势,提高了变化检测的精度。通过仿真实验,检验了该方法的可行性与有效性,为电磁目标毁伤评估提供了一种新方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of radar damage assessment , a method of damage assessment based on intelligence fusion is presented . The image damage and the damage of the electronic signal are comprehensively considered in the traditional image - based damage assessment method , so that the reliability of the damage assessment result is improved . At the same time , a new method of image change detection based on PAC - SOM is put forward , and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by simulation experiments .
