基于WiMAX网络终端的能耗降低算法

【摘要】:针对全球微波互联接入(Wi MAX)网络节能算法中因移动节点(MS)的信道质量差别引起的空闲状态而浪费能量这一不足,依据IEEE 802.16e标准第Ⅰ类节能模型给出了MS服务质量目标的平均能耗(AEC)形式化描述,并提出一种基于信道质量均衡的避免终端空闲状态虚拟突发的节能调度(IAVB)算法。该算法采用将空闲状态阈值和基于信道质量的状况选择主移动终端相结合的策略,并完善了虚拟突发的结束条件,很好地避免了因未正确结束虚拟突发而导致的终端空闲状态造成的能量浪费问题。仿真实验表明,在节能方面IAVB算法比最长虚拟突发优先(LVBF)算法性能平均提高了15%。实验结果表明该算法减少了终端的空闲状态,有效地降低了终端能耗,提高了Wi MAX网络的资源利用率。
[Abstract]:In the energy saving algorithm of Wi MAX (Global Microwave Interconnect access) network, the idle state caused by the difference of channel quality between mobile nodes MSX is not enough to waste energy. Based on the energy saving model of class I of IEEE 802.16e standard, this paper presents the formal description of the average energy consumption of MS quality of service target, and proposes an energy saving scheduling algorithm based on channel quality equalization to avoid virtual burst of idle state of terminal. The algorithm combines the idle state threshold with the channel quality-based condition to select the main mobile terminal, and improves the termination condition of the virtual burst. The problem of energy waste caused by terminal idle state caused by incorrect termination of virtual burst is well avoided. The simulation results show that the performance of the IAVB algorithm is improved by an average of 15% compared with the longest virtual burst priority algorithm in the aspect of energy saving. The experimental results show that the algorithm can reduce the idle state of the terminal, reduce the terminal energy consumption, and improve the resource utilization of the Wi MAX network.
