铁路视频监控系统关键技术研究

【摘要】：随着经济发展和技术进步,视频监控系统成为一种有效的安防技术手段,在安全领域方面有着广泛的应用。铁路视频监控系统使得管理人员在综控室就能实时监视到车站及铁路沿线的情况,可起到威慑、预警、取证和指挥救援等作用。然而,现有的铁路视频监控系统在稳定性、易用性、可维护性方面还有诸多不足。因此,本文将在分析现行铁路视频监控系统运行状况的基础之上,着重在系统管理、流媒体分转发、系统故障自维护等方面展开研究,并将新系统运用在车站的客服平台中,为其提供稳定的流媒体数据以及对异常行为的智能分析算法。首先,本文详细地分析了现运行铁路视频监控系统在视频管理及流媒体分转发服务方面存在的问题。针对上述问题,依据中国铁路总公司71号文件中对视频监控系统的规范要求,提出了相应的改进方案,并详细说明了所使用到的关键技术。其次,针对现行视频系统无法自动检设备是否正常运行的缺点,设计了一套故障自诊断及维护方案。该方案使用程序自动分析视频质量的方法代替了人工手动检测的方法,提高了工作效率。最后,在现有的客服系统中没有实现站内重点区域的实时监控以及异常行为报警等功能。针对该问题,本文将综合视频平台嵌入到客服系统中,通过对视频流的智能分析,以实现对车站重点区域的视频监控及乘客异常行为的告警功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, video surveillance system has become an effective security technology, and has been widely used in the field of security. Railway video surveillance system enables managers to monitor stations and railway lines in real time in the integrated control room, which can act as a deterrent, early warning, evidence gathering and command and rescue. However, the existing railway video surveillance system has many shortcomings in stability, ease of use and maintainability. Therefore, based on the analysis of the running status of the current railway video surveillance system, this paper focuses on the system management, streaming media sub-forwarding, system fault self-maintenance and so on, and applies the new system to the customer service platform of the station. It provides stable streaming media data and intelligent analysis algorithm for abnormal behavior. Firstly, this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current railway video surveillance system in video management and streaming media sub-forwarding service. In view of the above problems, according to the specification requirements of video surveillance system in the document No. 71 of China Railway Corporation, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward, and the key technologies used are explained in detail. Secondly, aiming at the shortcoming that the current video system can not automatically check whether the equipment is running normally, a set of fault self-diagnosis and maintenance scheme is designed. In this scheme, the method of automatic analysis of video quality is used instead of manual detection, and the working efficiency is improved. Finally, the existing customer service system does not realize the functions of real-time monitoring and abnormal behavior alarm in the key areas of the station. Aiming at this problem, this paper embeds the integrated video platform into the customer service system, through the intelligent analysis of the video stream, to realize the video surveillance of the key area of the station and the warning function of the passengers' abnormal behavior.
