MIMO雷达信号产生采集与传输系统实现

【摘要】:近年来,多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output,MIMO)雷达作为一种新体制雷达越来越受到人们的关注。与常规体制雷达不同,MIMO雷达具有多个发射单元和多个接收单元,可获得远大于物理阵元数的虚拟阵元,从而有效提高雷达接收孔径,提高雷达测角精度。本文围绕MIMO雷达信号产生与数据采集进行研究。本文基于集中式MIMO体制线阵雷达,给出了一种基于FPGA的MIMO雷达正交信号产生、采集与传输系统的设计与实现方案。首先确立了系统的结构组成,系统主要由信号的产生、信号的采集、数据的预处理、PCIe数据传输等功能模块构成。根据参数指标,分别设计每个模块的结构组成,阐述其工作原理。接着根据MIMO雷达发射波形特性,生成一组满足系统参数要求的正交信号。然后结合硬件平台对各功能模块进行软件编程,程序由VerilogHDL编写完成。最后对系统各模块进行调试和验证,确定系统各部分工作正常后,开展实验验证系统的整体功能,采集回波信号并进行分析处理,解析出目标的距离、速度和方位信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new type of radar, multiple Input Multiple output Mimo (MIMO) radar has attracted more and more attention. Different from conventional radar, MIMO radar has many transmitting units and multiple receiving units, which can obtain virtual array elements which are far larger than the number of physical elements, which can effectively improve radar receiving aperture and radar angle measurement accuracy. This paper focuses on MIMO radar signal generation and data acquisition. Based on centralized MIMO linear array radar, this paper presents a design and implementation scheme of orthogonal signal generation, acquisition and transmission system for MIMO radar based on FPGA. Firstly, the structure of the system is established. The system is mainly composed of signal generation, signal acquisition, data preprocessing and PCIe data transmission. According to the parameter index, the structure of each module is designed, and its working principle is expounded. Then according to the waveform characteristics of MIMO radar, a set of orthogonal signals which meet the requirements of system parameters are generated. Then combined with the hardware platform for software programming of each functional module, the program is completed by VerilogHDL. Finally, every module of the system is debugged and verified. After the system works normally, the whole function of the system is verified, the echo signal is collected and analyzed, and the distance, velocity and azimuth information of the target are analyzed.
