室内26GHz毫米波无线信道传播性能研究

【摘要】:26GHz波段本地多点分配业务(local multipoint distribution service,LMDS)是一种宽带无线点对多点接入技术,这项技术在最近几年得到了飞速的进步与发展。它有着很多优点,如建网成本较低,通信带宽较高,组网方式灵活等,各大电信运营商也由于这些特性给与这项技术持续的关注。本文围绕26GHz毫米波的传播特性,在室内信道测量和人体阻挡实验的基础上,对信道参数分布、人体阻挡效应以及系统的链路性能进行了分析研究,提出了一些有价值的特性,这对于工作在26GHz频段的无线通信系统的仿真及设计有重要参考。本文的主要工作有:第一,介绍了26GHz毫米波的无线信道的传输特性以及它的三种传输机制:反射、散射和绕射,并分析了不同绕射模型(刃形、直角楔形、圆柱体等)对场强预测的影响,这些对系统的仿真建模具有重要意义。第二,在室内26GHz毫米波信道测量实验的基础上,研究分析了26GHz毫米波在视距和非视距情况下的传播参数,主要有:功率延迟分布、均方根时延扩展,传输路径损耗以及阴影衰落等,并进行了信道参数的总结。第三,在室内26GHz毫米波人体阻挡实验的基础上,研究了人体阻挡衰减特性,并基于Vogler多重刃形绕射场计算,提出了适用于多个人体绕射的二射线和四射线场强计算模型,且对模型的精确度进行了考证,对实验数据也进行了分析。最后,对室内26GHz毫米波无线信道进行了链路预算,并对无线通信系统的性能作了具体分析。本文对室内26GHz毫米波的无线信道传播特性作了全面的了解和研究,为今后26GHz毫米波的信道建模以及无线通信系统的设计提供了有用信息。
[Abstract]:26GHz band local multipoint distribution service (LMDS) is a broadband wireless point-to-multipoint access technology, which has been developed rapidly in recent years. It has many advantages, such as low network cost, high communication bandwidth, flexible networking, and so on. On the basis of indoor channel measurement and human barrier experiment, this paper analyzes and studies the distribution of channel parameters, the barrier effect of human body and the link performance of 26GHz millimeter wave, and presents some valuable characteristics. This is an important reference for the simulation and design of wireless communication system working in 26GHz band. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the transmission characteristics of 26GHz millimeter wave wireless channel and its three transmission mechanisms: reflection, scattering and diffraction are introduced, and different diffraction models (edge, right angle wedge) are analyzed. The influence of cylinder on field strength prediction is of great significance to the simulation modeling of the system. Secondly, on the basis of indoor 26GHz millimeter-wave channel measurement experiment, the propagation parameters of 26GHz millimeter wave under the condition of line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight are studied and analyzed. The main parameters are power delay distribution, root mean square delay spread. The transmission path loss and shadow fading are summarized and the channel parameters are summarized. Thirdly, on the basis of indoor 26GHz millimeter wave human body barrier experiment, the attenuation characteristics of human body are studied, and based on the calculation of Vogler multiple edge diffraction field, a two-ray and four-ray field strength calculation model suitable for multiple human body diffraction is proposed. The accuracy of the model is studied and the experimental data are analyzed. Finally, the link budget of indoor 26GHz millimeter-wave wireless channel is given, and the performance of wireless communication system is analyzed in detail. In this paper, the wireless channel propagation characteristics of indoor 26GHz millimeter wave are studied, which provides useful information for the future channel modeling of 26GHz millimeter wave and the design of wireless communication system.
