超宽带紧耦合天线阵及其低剖面技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,超宽带天线阵受到了广泛的关注。在通信、探测等军民用领域,凭借其安全性、大带宽、高传输速率、高分辨率等优势得到了广泛的应用。然而传统的超宽带天线阵往往体积庞大、造价昂贵,限制了它的进一步发展。超宽带紧耦合天线阵作为超宽带天线阵的一员,在保持了良好的带宽和扫描角性能的同时,相较于传统的超宽带天线阵体积更小、剖面更低,拥有良好的前景。因此,本文对超宽带紧耦合天线阵的设计以及进一步降低其剖面的方法进行了研究。论文的主要的研究工作包括如下几个部分:1、研究了超宽带紧耦合天线阵的工作原理以及等效电路模型,并提出了优化等效电路模型的计算方法。利用全波仿真结合等效电路的模式,提高了等效电路参数的精度。实际算例结果表明,改进的等效电路模型相较于传统电路模型更加接近全波仿真的结果。2、设计了一款边缘耦合型紧耦合天线阵。在设计过程中,重点研究了包含馈电结构条件下的共模谐振问题,分析了谐振成因,提出了“双偶极子单元”的谐振解决方案。并设计了与之配套的巴伦以及功率分配器结构。3、设计、制作并测试了一款层叠耦合型紧耦合天线阵。提出了基于输入阻抗虚部的参数优化方案,详细介绍了测试过程并给出了紧耦合天线阵的测试结果。4、为了进一步降低紧耦合天线阵的剖面,将人工磁导体结构应用到了紧耦合天线阵设计中。并设计了与之配套的完整馈电结构,解决了馈电带来的谐振问题,为进一步的实物制作与测试打下了基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, UWB antenna array has received extensive attention. In the field of communication, detection and other military and civilian applications, it has been widely used because of its advantages of security, large bandwidth, high transmission rate and high resolution. However, the traditional UWB antenna array is often large in size and expensive in cost, which limits its further development. As a member of UWB antenna array, UWB tightly coupled antenna array has good bandwidth and scanning angle performance. Compared with traditional ultra-wideband antenna array, UWB antenna array has smaller volume, lower profile and better prospect. Therefore, the design of UWB coupled antenna array and the method of further reducing its profile are studied in this paper. The main research work of this paper includes the following parts: 1. The working principle and equivalent circuit model of UWB coupled antenna array are studied, and the calculation method of optimizing equivalent circuit model is proposed. The precision of equivalent circuit parameters is improved by full wave simulation combined with equivalent circuit mode. The results of practical examples show that the improved equivalent circuit model is closer to the full wave simulation result than the traditional circuit model, and a tightly coupled edge coupled antenna array is designed. In the design process, the common mode resonance problem with feed structure is studied, the cause of resonance is analyzed, and the resonant solution of "double dipole unit" is proposed. The matching structure of Barron and power divider. 3 is designed, and a stacked coupled tight coupled antenna array is designed, fabricated and tested. A parameter optimization scheme based on the imaginary part of input impedance is proposed. The test process is introduced in detail and the test results of tight coupled antenna array. 4. In order to further reduce the profile of tight coupled antenna array, The artificial magnetic conductor structure is applied to the design of tightly coupled antenna array. A complete feed structure is designed, which solves the resonance problem and lays a foundation for the further fabrication and testing.
